Due to High Business ,they not give proper answer on call or not give proper answer in face to face, customer need transparency specially in electronics items...Very slow service for new customer...
These people are very much customer focussed. They charge very very reasonably. I had to replace my laptops charging port, for which all shops quoted 850 rs to 1500 rs. But this shop did it only in 550 rs without bargain. Also, they fixed my laptop screen for free since it was just a loose contact. Other shops said the screen would require additional 500 rs. Plus, I was also not charged for checking and inspecting the problem. Later, I checked the price of my laptop battery since it will need replacement shortly. To my surprise, they quoted only 1400 Rs. My laptop battery is priced at 1900 rs over online market. Its rare to find trustworthy service provider in electronic repair business, which is why I am posting this review.
