Theyre too good for Indian clients. Too good to even recommend Indian counterpart companies that can provide similar services. If youre Indian company, theyre not going to be interested in hearing what you require because theyre chasing euro and dollar. But will pay rupees to their employees.

Terrible work environment, employee treatment is biased and unfair. Things are quite chaotic, personal and clannish. Manager-level people are relentless. They have HRs who would spoil your profile long after you left the company.
