Response from Desai Tech Solutions is very good and positive. I had an issue setting up my work email on my Samsung mobile phone so I asked Desai Tech Solutions for help. The issue persisted for a couple of days but DTS continued their technical support untill I was able to successfully add my work email on my mobile phone. Well done guys and keep up the good work :)
