I was desperately in need of a job. So, i visited there almost 5 times. They rejected me coz i wanted leave for a week in the month of September. Due to desperate need of job i even agreed not to take the leave. Still they didnt hire me. Such pathetic response from the company. I got rejected, then I got a call from the company regarding interview. After interview, they wont even contact you, to tell you the exact status. Lets say im pathetic in English and not eligible for it. At least they can hire me in a Hindi process. Such unprofessional behavior from hiring team.

I would like to give my 1 yr 7 mo experience.I was in different departments which included inbound, outbound, email and chargeback process.Inbound checks our patience here but yes theres some time approx 5 min to wind up the customer for his banking related questions. Its not necessary that every customer may be winded up within prescribed time. So you get always listen feedback from your TL. Appreciation is lost.Outbound- worst too as you get target (which I dont like).Email- is good process I would say if you directly go in email you dont know anything. Rather have atleast 6 months inbound experience then go which will broaden up your knowledge.Chargeback- ( only for boys in night, exception there) The only reason why I didnt gave 1 star and gave 2 star is here. You get some work which is a target based but which can be completed. Every case which I got was with some new queries. There are restrictions but less than any other process.After completing more than 1 year I realized theres no growth. So I was searching for another company which took time due to Covid job crises.No growth financially and position wise as well in Concentrix.

I am giving one star because of interviewer who does not have a value for experienced person. I have a total 3 year exeperience one in same bpo and 2 yrs in another field. Interviewer absolute waste my time. I clear all rounds but interviewer is stick on the matter that he can provide me same salary which he is providing to fresher .even he dont have a right to decide salary himself he told me that i m not the person who negotiate the salary.When i told him about my exeperience he had given me such an illogical reason.Then he told me that you can go.Overall, company and management is good but due to this attitude organization can not get efficient employees.

Concentrix Is domestic/international call center. One of the best with more that lakhs of employees working here for long time. For domestic process you can be 10/12th passed and pass their exam and for international process you must be graduate as it is required by company. Concentrix is much old and have lot of experience handling clients some of them are even from fortune 50 companies. Concentrix is located at Alembic business park just near to Inorbit mall and maybe 2.5 km from railways station.

Worst experience ever. I did have clear my MST and I requested to move me to mail I dont know why AM vaibhav thought that I am gonna resign thats why he declined my request. Everyone knows that I was suffering with kidney stone and while I was taking phone calls 4 times I got kidney stone pain and 2 times at work even though no one was looking after me. So here is no value for human. I strongly suggest not to work with this company

My wife was working here.1. Mobile Phone not allowed at work place.2. So much work load. and they even dnt allow you to go washroom in working hours if you male or female doesnt matter.3. No leave at all. In festival they never give you leave when you have to be with your family.4. If you have done anything wrong by mistake than TL or QA act like CEO of the Company and doing misbehave with employee.5. No care of employee.
