Went in for vaccination. Surprisingly well managed facility. Crowd control was excellent and prompt query resolution.

Doctors are good, having zabardast patience level, calmly respond to each and every question. But toilets are worst. As I have lesser faith on Private hospitals which r running Businesses, I have to bear these worst toilet facility. If one is asking for good Treatment then u r at right place , if someone hates to be with poor co-patients, then go for Pvt Hospitals.

If you really love your loved ones please do not go for this hospital . GMRES Gotri hospital is not good for covid patient . I lost my daughter here, she was under treatment in this hospital for 20 days.

For covid patients -Gov provide good facilities..lots of medicine ,all instruments everything ..even injection remdesivir which is not available in market ,gov provide huge amount of it.food provide by gov is also nice..but staff dont care about patient.they do not listen patient even patient call them till half nd hour.they r not give proper medicine nd injection to patients...If dr prescribe 4 injection nurses give only 2 or 3 .. regular specialist dr visit also not there...dr not come to meet patient nd talk individually..they just check reports nd give order to junior dr nd they write treatment..In short all staff dont care about patient .But opd department is very supportive..they immediately help patient ...my mother is covid positive..as we enter in opd they directly start oxygen nd after some time they admit my mother after check up..I m nurse by profession...my duty was not there but I used to go there for my mother treatment.nd I take care her properly.so now she is well..So I advise that for mild case u can refer gotri but in case of moderate or severe condition as well patients age is more than 40 dont go there..

Thank youuuuuuu Vadodaraaaaaa.Yesterday, we have experienced a very pleasant gratitude and corporation from the Medical and Police Administration of the Vadodara. In an unfortunate incident, relative of one of our friends demised during the treatment in GMERS, Gotri (Gotri Hospital & Medical College). Support and Corporation received from the Medical & Nursing Staff of the Hospital was exceptional. They cooperated and guided at every step of the procedure for taking the body of demised person to her native at Uttar Pradesh. The Police authorities at Gorwa Police Station, Vadodara also supported and issued NOC, swiftly and promptly for transportation of the dead body by Air. The in-charge Police Inspector himself took keen interest at the late hours of the day and guided us about the procedure.The grieved family, not being the residents of Vadodara were overwhelmed with the corporation and support by the staff of GMERS, Gotri and Police Administration at Gorwa Police Station.Thanks a Lot, Vadodara administration at its best.

Worst experience ever in life for the hospitality, I visited the place to know what kind of service provide by them on pregnant lady as my wife on last stage of pregnancy..nobody treat properly,on cleaningness I must give 0 and behaviour staff like they are boss of us..heartly request to all please dont waste time to visit this kind of poor quality hospital ever.its batter to cost money instead of leaving our family breath on their hands..lost of staff doing gossip and find without of mask including staff, doctor of the hospital..I quite my visit immediately and went thru private hospital in where we get batter atmosphere and facilities.. Im just thinking of that what about those people who dont have any options..is there any politicians preferred to get the treatment from this hospital ever? If yes than I may think upon it to visit this place in future..its jokes of part..

See, this is a government hospital. Cleanliness is not good. But they treat Covid patients for free. They even give Remdesivir injection for free. The doctors and nurses will not behave properly. But they will not cheat you, unlike Sterling Hospital or Bhailal Hospital.Parking charges for 4 wheelers is 20/- rupees.

Today I visited first time for my sister and after seen government hospital like the way it is actually i am extremely happy that it is so clean and discipline system.Request all to co-operate with the system for good service.

Its a very good hospital. Doctors here are very helpful. Taking diabetes treatment from here. Had all kind of diagnosis done from experienced doctors at nominal rate. Hospital and Wards are clean. Only washroom are dirty they must be cleaned and made hygienic for patients.

Very bad experiences ist time visit. Medicine not available at dispensary. Doctor wrote 4 medicine on prescription. But finally I was standing in line of dispensary medicine. But medicine is not available at dispensary. After all I purchased medicine from private medical store and medicine cost rupees 500 above. So what is the benefits of government hospital shame on u. We r middle class family.

My father has been admitted in the iccu department 3rd floor. From afternoon 3 pm we have informed to send the orthopedic doc.. But its been more than 4 hrs, not even a single doctor has visited.. What kind of service has been provided.. My father has been in severe pain.. Its very bad that not even a single doctor has visited. Pathetic hospital and staff..is this the kind of government service you ppl provide.. If the same person was in private he would have got so much attention.. Just the doctor has to avail government facilities...

It is so dirty, especially bathrooms, I have never seen anything so dirty in entire Gujarat till date. Request the government to pay attention towards this otherwise what is the meaning of setting up free hospital in such a big and nice building if it is not clean and it is very unhygienic.
