Awesome service.. Delicious food in taste.. Rich in quality.. It has wonderful and power-packed services.

We did two events at Satsang party plot.First one did was fabulous around five years back.Second one we did was this year and they are still fabulous with their food, fantastic with their decor and ambience setup but service which is the most important thing was below the level of pathetic.If you plan an event with Jay Excellency - make it a point to meet their PROs before the event. Dont trust their word and select them or meet them because those 10-20 people with their pathetic service will destroy your fantastic event single handedly. (They outsource this PRO thing to someone else so you need to be very clear about it)Dont trust the verbal confirmations, get everything in written because you wont be able to do anything on the day of your event.

I attended a marriage function in baroda at lilleria banquate. Total function and catering were managed by Jay excellency. Food and service....really good. But main thing I attracted is their honesty. I put my mobile somewhere by my mistake and forgot. When I asked a service boy he told me - sir dont worry,your mobile was lying on mukhvas counter and it is safe with Tigerbhai(staff head).Thanks all
