Very pathetic experience, they took advance for wall clock which is not available their stock Rs.2800 and then neither deliver the watch nor refunded money. every time when I visit their shop they have slandered answer. watch is transport will call you we receive.. Finally I gave up 2800.. this incidence happed 1 month back.. yet not receive a call from them.Cash memo no 3138 dated 3-10-2020Cheaters!If I am wrong then owner may reply.

Anyone who want to buy a watch in budget or with brand or local brands then this place comes to the mind first as it is one of the oldest watch shop in Vadodara. Also the service is good and durable. Always gives the right choice in a reasonable rate. Different types of watches are available there. It remains open from Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Monday. The shop is in the city area and you can easily view the shop if you are passing by that road.

Very Nice Place For Watch Purchasing

Not a great place to check and buy watches from here. Owner and staff is kind of weird and would miss behave with you. Wont let you go out in a typical street type salesman and keep saying sir sirf dekhne to nahi aye and all. Could have been more professional when you are offering good pricing across your product range!

Good collection of watches and wall clocks. This is a very old and popular store among the old city dwellers. Lately it is very crowded here and the owners dont care about the customers. They are rude to talk. I had to make 5 visits to them for my faulty wall clock.

Worst experience. I visited July 2018 for purchase watch to gift they sold watch with defect it is not working properly even after only 10days. Stopped 3 times and they fooled by saying that it is ok. You come if any problem we will solve it. Filling embracing because I gifted to someone who is staying in Rajkot and not possible to come for repairing everyday. Third class quality belt which already damaged within 15days even he used to ware only 3times. Please dont waste your money. These people are purely money minded and interested to earn money by cheating people.

My wife bought the hand watch on the 12 -09-17 from DALSON, but its spoiled, then I went to the meet shopkeeper on 15-09-17 and i ask him bought a 2200/- watch from Dalson in a spoiled condition, then he asked me this is your fault when you purchased it You should check it out, The shopkeeper says that now we cannot do anything. Money does not get back and the clock also does not change. The 2200 rupee watch did not even give any guaranty card. I said to them, I will complain to you in the consumer court, they said, We do not have to give such threat to others, even the consumer court cannot do it Then, the shopkeeper and his men talked furiously with me and my wife, removed us from there and He said, do whatever happens.
