Good experience overall!!Bata has surely come a long way & kept up with the times in terms of adding new & affordable footwear for everyone!! The store has a variety to offer to its customers & the staff is courteous and prompt in their approach, special mention of Ms. Deepika, she was proactive and had a pleasing demeanor:-)

Very bad service on this bata outlet.. even they dont have a sense how to talk with customers.. I have faced my baby shoes and I had visited at this outlet.. he is very rude when you visit for replacing faulty item.. such a bad experience of bata store.
