Hi there I am sharing my personal experience. I have given my document for franking @300/- at franking window at 10:20 am. They told me just come at 3 pm and take your document. I have seated 2 pm. its ok for wait 1 hr. But some few person come before time and take franking documents before given time because of they were from RICH back ground. And I had to wait for 3 pm though franking had to be done. Shame on kalupur bank branch such partial service to their client........ Please if you are manager than please review this., And stop this partiality to their customer.... My document was also important as it is lic lic po and I had to submit before 3 30 pm. Thanks for give us such partial service

STAFF IS NOT CO OPERATIVE

Proper parking for bank customer and employees. But only one window for widhraw and deposit money there. Should add one more Winslow for widhraw or deposit work
