Absolutely nice. Staff also very cooperative. Schems also observed very attractive. Value of money I feel.One thing want to suggest that, after billing they are not allowed to fill the purchased goods in our owns bag. Again we required to fill in trolley and again unloading in bags or direct in own vehicle.

Its a big shopping complex and includes Reliance Trends, Trends Footwear, Reliance Jewellery, Reliance Digital, Reliance Smart etc.The comlex has other stores etc but is still half occupied and half under construction.Reliance Trends collection seems to be priced on higher side compared to other available stores in Vadodara.Currently crowds are not too much and you can visit in a very easy way .

I do not like their system of cheking out . The dairy products should be near the check out counter so that we can pick cold products while leaving.. they only have limited check out counter so crowded on the entrance itself...

Reliance mall is situated at Akshar chowk vadodara, here you get all the stuffs from digital to clothing, groceries,gold jewellery etc in huge discounted rates, for kids its very spacious, having gaming zone on upstairs called xogoand on ground floor kids train and many rides are available, for ladies mehandi artist available, tatoo artist, makeup stalls etc, Inox multiplex is the most running multiplex in reliance malls, spacious parking facilities with no charges.

Very poor or rather I should say WORST experience. First of all no ones there to support customers, even when one tries to ask about things, there is always one common reply, Dont Know. Billing counter at this outlet is worst of all. We have to roam around the counters to get our items billed.

This is one of my favorite places to buy groceries because one can fine easy access to all the veggies and fruits and even dairy product. They always have fresh stock and kind natured workers. Some day one can find groceries even cheaper than market price.

All kind of groceries, kitchen stuff, daily needs, vegetables, fruits are available at affordable prices. They also provide daily specials offers. Everything under one roof, but little bit costly than D Mart.

I really wish they train the employees properly and also focus more on customer service.Zero customer service....very sad.They should learn how the foreign countries run their stores with even less employees and more efficient way and better customer service.Didnt expect such a poor management from company like Reliance....

Nice and good store, supporting staff helps you to find items, but my concern is You can find limited brand items so my only suggestion is increase product basket, also little conjusted area, if many people do shopping at same time hard to manage your stuff, one thing I like about reliance smart they buy vagitables from farmers only so no any intermediate take margin from them farmers get fully paid for their vagitables, keep it up 👍, Indian farmers really need our support and encourage.

Its a good place for grocery & covers most of basic requirements but i dont understand when will they stop charging for freaking bags. Today they charged me 25 bucks for a carry bag because normal carry bag for which they charge 8-10 Rs was out of stock. Even after govt advisory that the onus is on store to provide the carry bags & they cant charge for it this is still happening in this country. What is the point of one of the richest person on the planet if you cant even provide carry bags to your customers.Shame Mr Mukesh Ambani. Your dad would be so mad at you.
