I have just received a bouquet of Orange lollies and White Carnations. The flowers are totall dries up and lollies have so much dirt stuck on them. I am absolutely disappointed. And on top of that they dont want to accept responsibility or do anything about it. Ferns n Petals Sucks.

A pleasant coincidence! I happened to call the contact no just ten minutes before closing down and when I got in touch with the owner mrs.anjali she was absolutely cooperative to cater as per the requirements and availabilities. This location and Anjali are absolutely fantastic. I often order for flowers, chocolates, and Cakes for my in-laws back home. I used to do it over the website and just tracking my order, I ended up talking to this lovely lady who has been so helpful and generous for my orders. She made sure that the orders went out in timely manner. She made sure that she rectify for the goof up that was made the very first time I called her up for. I would totally recommend this location. I had excellent experience with FNP. I wanted to send flowers and cake to wife at her office since it was her Birthday. I called up FNP and I was attended by Anjali, she was very professional and kind to suggest great options. I sent 3 bouquets every hour and FNP team made it happen and my wife was very happy with the gesture. Strongly recommend!
