I have an issue in my macbook air display light flickering, then i went to the apple care regarding that issue. They took 2 days, to solve query! They called me and said your laptop is completely okay, but when i brought the laptop home, the same problem is again happening.. the query is not resolved! Then i again went to the apple care, and they said may be the problem in connectors so we have to change the mother board, as per my technical knowledge, the problem is in connectors ,so changing the mother board doesnt make any sense.they took 3500 from me, So i asked for the refund, because the query is not resolved, but they declined my request.

Faster service provide by K10 Atlantis Team, Proper explanation from front desk team and before 1 Hour i got my iPhone with Display Repair, Highly recommend service center in Vadodara.

Macbook pro 2017 model, i gave for repair under keyboard replacement program. they have to change whole case, keyboard, battery and trackpad all comes fixed. in the event they had to change it twice because of their lack of skill and knowledge and in the process they damaged my lcd and now lcd has flex gate issue and apple is too arrogant and grumpy to cover only 13 inch models and not 15 inch model.

Idiotic and unprofessional people are out here. For any single minute problem in ur any of ur device, you have to wait for hours and when u reach at their desk they will address your issues like compounder of any roadside shops, where front addressing person will not know anything about it and they will just pass on our queries to another and then another

I got my Macbooks battery replaced this week.I sensed professionalism right from the time I entered the service center. The staff was very courteous and deeply knowledgeable. I got my Macbook diagnosed and got the confirmation about the battery needing replacement. They then ordered it, replaced it, calibrated it and serviced it in just 2 days!The machine feels brand new and Im truly grateful to the entire iVenus team for their help. Id happily give them my future business.10/10 would recommend.
