I along with my brother went to check Renault kiger. Sales team was good. They explained the details & comparison with its rivals. Overall had good experience.

Service provided by them is outclass. All amenities are taken care. AC in working condition. Hygiene are maintaining in Waiting room. Covid pandemic guidelines followed. Quite expensive compared to other auto sectors. Must say that far away from city area so need to spend whole day for regular check up too.

The concerned person Mr. Avinash Badkas of Renault Vadodara Central is very impolite and unprofessional in behaviour. First of all , without diagnosis he is giving estimate of 25000/- straight away by saying clutch plate gone, cylinder gone etc.. Upon asking how come u know it without looking into vehicle he says we know these type of issues very well. It was very pathetic and heartbroken response from your employee.Renault should take strict action against such behaviour. After asking to Mr. BADKAS that you should check it first then he says it is very obvious to us . How come such a lame excuse he gives without even touching the car.After sale service of Renault is pathetic at this service center ( Renault Vadodara Central).They just make the customer panic and simply asking for money that too at a time when customer is already in pain due to a sudden stoppage of vehicle.Please take action against such employee. There should be well trained professionals for after sale services.

My cars accelerator pedal was jammed and it was creating too much noise. I was bearing it since long as I thought it would be too much money. But I couldnt take more and called Renault where they said itd be around 749, I thought, okay thats nice.I went there and the person over there, itll be around 950 including labour charges. I thought that ia fair and gave a green signal to go ahead and when it was all done and they billed me, it was only 640 for some other work which I requested to do. They said, theyve covered the accelerator thing in warranty as goodwill.That was so amazing. I really liked this and will make sure Ill get my car serviceserviced here only in future.

Must visit place for the Renault products owners. The service is good and also you can enjoy the waiting time inside the lounge. They book your appointment over the call and if you are not able to go to the showroom they can arrange the pick up and drop for you at your doorstep. I have very positive and professional experience with this team. Such a happy customer you know!!! 👌☺️

A very good and helpful service center , we had a problem with our car and had to visit it on Sunday , Even though the service department was on holiday that day , the manager their visited us in just a call or two and helped us about what we can do . They were very kind and helpful. 👍💯

Besides, we went to see triber which the salesman prouldly said you will get it after 2months whatever you do. I mean there wasnt any need of whatever.

I was purchased Renault Triber RXT on 02/10/19 from this show room. Car is very good with lots of useful features, but you have to be careful specifically from accessories department person. Even wrost thing is when I had to take delivery in morning at that time car was not cleaned internally and I took delivery without cleaned car. They had not finished work of accessories , in which they have to fit seat cover and small things for which they had intimated 2-3 days ahead. After delivery without internal cleaned car I had to come again for cleaning and accessorie fitting. Car had lots of black colour patches on interior plastic body in entire car. It was not expected that at least such kind of things they not cleaned and keep ready before delivery. After cleaning also in some portion of body still patches are there and I dont know if there is big problem or not, because it may be happen after some day it will come again ?First my bad experience was even I was not agreed, accessories department guy was installed Rs.25000 accessories. So, after too much discussion I cancelled that Triber RXT model and when they replaced me another car .They were not completed their task at the time of delivery. I dont know it was done intenally with me for harresment ?Over all me and my family was not happy at time of taking delivery after spending 7.25 lakh which is big amount for midum class family. My family just took delivery as a one process not with any happiness but with plastic smile on face.

I was driving from Ahmedabad to Chennai while my duster shown engine stop warning near Vadodara Gujarat, I have to pull off to the service centre at around 7 in the morning and waited for the staff.Mr.Ronak service supervisor came to help me and diagnosed the vehicle quickly and found theres a sensor not working.As I have to drive more than 1800 km, I was Little worried.But Mr.Ronak found the problem very quickly and easily and I drove my car with out any problems, reached my destination.I am thankful to you Ronak for your honesty and sincerity....

Very bad and pathetic experience ever I suggest people that please have second thought while going to purchase the car from Vadodara north because they are not the guys who focuses on services and commitments, they only want SALES. Its my first car and they have made the experience as worst as they can. After so many reminders they are not delivering the Delivery Kit, Accessories of car which company has given them in schemes. They are not giving any information regarding the car or they are not give any kind of test drive to the prospected client.I dont know why they are doing this kind of behavior to client or they dont care about after sales service. This is I am writing because I am observing something from last 15 to 20 days renault company or the owner of the vadodara north showroom doesnt care about customer who are purchasing the car of lesser amount because india is a democratic place and still nobody is there to listen problem of people.Last but not least I wanna tell all the people only one thing that they are very bad in passing on information regarding the Loans, Delivery Kit, Accessories, Break up of Money like Car Price, Insurance Price and coverage, Extended warranty etc.....Still after so many days of follow up I dont get my reverse parking sensor and Front two power window.I am telling all the people in baroda and anand Please dont go to the showroom for any car purchase.
