The room size was very small, didnt expect that much. actually, there was no place to walk after the bed. The curtain has came out of the frame. The bathroom was very small, the door wasnt closing properly, damp observed in roof.I have opted free breakfast and dinner option, dinner was horrible. only veg item was there and only two sabzi. The breakfast also doesnt have much variety. Not recommended. As business travellers dont get much time to be in hotel in a business trip, thus opted complimentary dinner option, but never thought it could be so bad.

Hotel ambience is very good.Entrance and lobby is good.Restaurant dining and infrastructure is good and attractive.However, just check the rooms before booking, as there are rooms which are very small in size and little bit inconvinient for longer stay. And, considering charges, room size is pretty small then.And, restaurant is not working as of now, so need to order from outside and that too before 8.30 pm, which is bit early.

I have been giving Four star ratings to Best Western , Vadodara in past. My this rating of three star (which should be 3.5 but option is not there) is based on my past 30 nights experience with this hotel which i have spent in parts or breaks since last 3-4 months of staying here.Pros1) location of Best Western is one of best in Vadodara. This centrally located and is easily accessible.2) Behaviour of staff has been great and cooperative through out my stay.3) Comfortable and spacious Rooms specifically executive or king size rooms4) Gives you value for money.Cons /Area of improvement1) Housekeeping is sometimes pathetic and they do not take self acknowledgement to clean or correct/fix the things/issues.2) Buffet breakfast and dinner needs to be improved strongly in terms of variety of food served and quality of food served.3) Restaurant staff sometimes is so much occupied that they tend to forget serving guests with bare minimum of services like water..so I feel restaurent should add one to two staff more.4) Restaurent should be more spacious.I feel the Best Western is one of good place to stay and i recommend this hotel in yes of location, staff and value for money.

Stayed here for two nights. Decent rooms and service. Breakfast buffet menu is good and the meals are sumptuous. Restaurant service is very good and one of the key USPs of the place. Food is on the pricier side, but the hotel has many good eateries in the vicinity where you can have good meals at reasonable prices. Also, location wise, the hotel is located in upscale market area and you have plenty of shopping options to choose from. Ample parking space is available.Downsides are: 1. Room missing some basic amenities such as doormats. 2. In room service is on the slower side - we requested assistance for Cable TV issues but the person never turned up 3. Bathrooms are small 4. Our room had a makeshift computer monitor in place of a TV 5. Entry of the hotel can be difficult to find; be sure to ask for directions 5. Just one small window in the room, so poor lightingFor the price being charged, Best Western Vadodara falls a little short of the brand name. Better options are available in similar pricing, so you can go for BW only if you get a good deal. For people on a tight budget, look for more options.

Very nice place.all you want for a comfortable stay anywhere you go. Clean rooms, complementary breakfast included that is very good and all of the crew personnel are just very helpful. Also free business center with free printing and more. Totally recommend this place to anyone.

Brand without right people. In cAse of issues the GM will never come and will send his subordinates to talk and solve issues. I checked in at 22:20 hrs room had a smell, phone was not working, went down 5 floors and asked to look these things , hotel took 20 mins to check and offer alternate room. Then food came, rolls (kathi) came as spring rolls and soggy, soft drink was hot (as kept under sun for 2-3 hrs) hotel guy said i forgot to switch the fridge on, ice daal lo thanda lagega. I was shocked. No bath mat linens in washrooms. Next day upon asking to meet GM and denied acco manager twice to talk, still he came sweetly and asked about issues. I gave him the entire story. He assured dont check out i will get the needful done. I went for work. Came back at 1730 hrs and saw there is no phone in room. No remote. Went down again and asked , they said maintenance was going on as AC had some issue, those guys must have kept phone in drawer. Is it my duty to check drawer ? I booked most upper cat of rooms paying more rates but treatment was worse.

We have been staying this hotel 4th time in a row ..we preferred here for their location and quality of stay. But this time we booked hotel today for us when room no 309 was alotted to us, we found bad smell coming from room, AC is not working and there are no wifi connectivity. Electrician cam , he tried and failed and they changed the room to 409 . Due to one of my collegue is swaminarayan person we ordered swatwik food from outside as its a non veg hotel, but when we ordered for plate, bowl and fork they said they are going to charge Rs.100/set as per new management policy. truly speaking we are business traveller and use to stay atleast 15 nights/month in hotel but never faced this kind of charges for simple plate .then why the ppl should stay in branded hotels like best western when today, there are more than rooms than the available guest in market....we will never come again in this property again and requesting all travellers to avoid this kind of hotels where they think to charge for empty plates rather than to give more flexible options for travelers.. not at all upto mark as per hotel operation policies....

Everything is perfect. Perfect hospitality and nice ambiance. Housekeeping and room service is also perfect. Hotel Staffs are very cooperative. They are very polite and calm.Very near to Airport. Many Brand outlets are also nearby. Perfect for short and long stay.If its your first visit to this city then dont be worried about security and safety. Localities are cooperative as well.Dont think much, just book and stay and feel their awesome hospitality.But they should improve their WiFi Networks and Cafeteria shouldnt be infront of main entrance. Just a kind suggestion.

Its ok for one night stay. Rooms are small. But when you are on business visit and need room for sleep, then who cares. Bathrooms are congested too. Service and breakfast are good. All in all its ok stay.

However seems pretty cosy and chic.RestaurantRestaurant is part of lobby fairly decent.RoomsRooms are very spacious quite suitable for family accomodation.ParkingThere is a parking of around 15 odd cars right at the front of the hotel.ConclusionHotel is decent, will require little furnishing. Carpet is a big amiss in all the areas. Staff is hospitable.

Nice Hotel, Clean and Hygiene.

The place is well maintained and good. Descent enough for a 3 day stay. The housekeeping is good though but still isnt as punctual as it should be. Any requirement late at night or early morning will hardly be adhered to.The ambience though is a well well and the food too tastes descent enough. Wont recommend if you are a foodie.The important stuff... The WiFi has some connectivity issues with it and figuring out and differntiate between the username and password took some time.

Average rooms with very low height. Good at 1500 bracket for the nearby area. Not on main road so tricky to find its entrance. The menu prices looked okay though people don’t eat much here. So they get their money from morning tea which everyone usually orders at 100 per cup + GST , good for nothing. Gujrati business sense! That’s why Gujarat can not excel in hospitality, they cant leave any charge.

Stayed here in the month of Feb.Had booked a twin room.The room size was about 250 sq ft.It had an aircon, shower with hot/cold water, TV etc.Breakfast was complimentary.The room was clean and the service was good.The hotel is about 7 mins away from Baroda rly station and 20 mins walking.It is located in a good area with lot of shops around.Breakfast was a buffet with limited options but was good.Overall good experience

This is a good hotel right in the middle of the city. The rooms are big and clean, the service staff is friendly. The only challenge this hotel has is that the windows do not give you any view. Whoever designed this surely has never stayed in a hotel. But the food is good and so is the breakfast spread. One can get good online deals of breakfast and a meal at a great price.

Food quality is not so good. We ordered chilli chicken during dinner time and it was definitely not fresh. Rooms are clean and tidy. Bathrooms are super small.

This hotel has its Restaurant just one step from its entrance. The food is good in its Restaurant. The buffet is Veg which will cost you 400/- per person. Its a good place to have a dine out with your friends and family. But you can contact someone who sells coupons and can avail benefits from them. Ambience and hospitality is great.

Okay for a business trip, as far as the amenities are concerned, they have all the basics available, just that our rooms bathroom door did not close properly had some issue with locking . Rooms are small with low ceiling. Food is good !

Need lots of improvement in housekeeping department. They forget to keep hand towel in bathroom and when u call and ask for it they have fantastic answer all hand towels are in laundry and for two days they were still in laundry. Only good thing about this place is location, close by malls, good restaurants.

The rooms were just sufficient for a single person even though I had king size bed. Three lifts in the hotel and all three are chaotic. One must wait for 10+minutes for the lift to come come down from the 2nd floor. Once inside the lift the switches dont even light up to let the passengers know that a particular floor has been selected. We just have to have our fingers crossed thinking it may stop in your desired floor. There is particular smell all over the hotel. Especially in the lifts that will make you sneeze. A bit of maintenance would take this hotel a long way.

We have booked room for 4 people from goibibo. The services we received were worst. It is given as 4 star hotel in Google, but its a three star hotel. There was not any extra bed provided, which we normally gets in other hotels. Basic services like water and all were received on request only.

The Hotel is on a Main Road of Alkapuri but the Entrance is very Narrow. Difficult to trace from any Main road! Now bout the Hotel the staff needs to be a bit more courteous, rooms are well maintained & moderately spacious for 2, restaurant needs a bit of Improvement. The Breakfast is usually complimentary.
