One of the Best Hotels to stay in Baroda. The Decor and ambience Is Amazing. The best part is their service and customer relations. Even the General Manager is personally deals with customer issues. The food is great and the rooms are very well furnished with all moder amenities. We stayed here for 2 Days but had the most memorable time. Loved every bit of it. Must stay here when u r in Baroda next time.

All were good , Location and room ! Mr Sekher As sales manager were good to fill the lackuna, Poorest house keeping services in both days , You have to wait 30-45mnt for laundry person and toilet kit given 1st day after demand after 30mnt and second day neither i asked nor they placed any thing in room. Along with Room service you get order after 30-40mnt with poor Quality food although they didnt charge for that delay but taste were not good given after many reminder ! So ITC first time i saw this type of delay in all work , both days ! So all good gone in Vein ! Good gesture by team after lots complain to fill gap ! But 2 days gone which cant get back !

Good Hotel and the complete staff is courteous and polite. Prompt response. Only issue that we faced was that there is no provision for driver stay. This should be considered by ITC team.

Booked the main hall for a family function. Very good response from the Banquet team, especially Mr Vadan Singh, who took very good care of us and our guests. This place is a legend when it comes to North Indian food. Bukhara in Delhi is still the standard when it comes to Dal, Butter Chicken etc. Their sister chain Peshawari is to me the best North Indian fine dining destination in Gujarat.I recommend their Sikandari Raan. Very well done. You can taste the gamey flavour of meat and spices highlight the flavour of meat, do not overpower it. Their daal is another must try along with butter chicken. In fact all of their offerings are very good. I just named a few items that are outstanding.Staff is also very courteous. Mr Dalvir and Ms Reshma are doing great at making the guests feel special.
