I just have visited this place for dinner.I love the taj Vivanta from inside out.This huge mansion is also having very good food.Staff are lot systematic.You have to wait half an hour for any order food to serve.Buffet service is also available, in both veg and non veg coarse. But price are 1.5k plus.Soups are so tasty along with better desert options.Non veg dishes are so tasty.Best service.Goof food.Perfect atmosphere.Good light fixation.I wish I could upload video, so I can show how beautiful this place is.Everything is just perfect as you needed.Must visit once,Price is higher than usual but you can visit once.

A nice property by Taj in Vadodara. The rates are nice as well with complementary breakfast. Restaurant is very important factor for a hotel. Vivanta achieved it by their restaurant. Nice taste is being offered with unmatched hygiene. Overall a nice stay for me during Aug21 that too at the pandemic time. Breakfast menu variety is more than sufficient but if we stay more than 3 days, you know what is available next day😀

Room- Spacious and comfortable. All basic facilities available on request. Staff took precautions for corona while placing room amenities. Liked the fact that linen was only washed on request to be environmentally conscious. Towels could be better but nothing worrisome.Meals- Wide palette with satisfactory rotation of dishes every week. Few options for non-veg but that could be due to less non-veg demand in Gujarat. Loved the pancakes though. Moreover, the manager encouraged us to place orders for any special dishes. Sweet gesture.Staff- Friendly, most helpful and polite staff. Prompt room service and accomodating attitude. Food & Beverage staff also very nice. Had a good experience with the managers who were open to special requests and often checked up on our stay.Overall- A fine stay for business or pleasure. Look forward to a seasoned staff, nice food and a good nights sleep.⭐⭐⭐⭐

One 8f the best properties, spacious rooms, amazing food and nice location

This was my first visit to Vadodara, location of hotel is very approachable. Reception was good, as they kept the room ready and handed over the keys within 5 minutes. Special mention to Amit and team at restaurant. They were very attentive and served us very well. Dinner was good, as it was chat bazaar night on Saturday. Next day breakfast was amazing, full hygiene and distancing was maintained . After discovering that we have to drive for another 8-10 hours they also gave us complementary snack box which was very generous of them. Highly recommended for business and personal trips.

Everything was good as expected. Hotel needs makeover from outside as it looks outdated. Breakfast was very good.

We went for buffet lunch there. Absolutely great food. Taste and service is awesome.

The room was nice. We had a nice view of the city from the 3rd floor. Parking space was ample inside the property and security was good, we left lot of luggage in the car overnight as we had to travel next day. The buffer dinner and breakfast was awesome. My little daughter enjoyed it a lot. Few facilities were closed due to Covid like gym and pool. Overall a very good experience.

We were six in our group and requested Jain food , Chef Tanaji obliged and promptly provided us with a wonderful spread .Special mention for Sunil and Neelima , who went out of their way to provide us , very humbly and graciously , whatever we wanted .Besides this each and every staff member was helpful and polite. Its ok, I went for reception and for exhibition too, the food is blend, the service is good, but you dont get a feel that you are in tak, because the service they are offering are average and the food is really blend ,its better to have average hotel food else order from Zomato.

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. Also an excellent breakfast buffet even the dinner buffet is scrumptious. We will definitely come back with friends and family and I would highly recommend this hotel. And last but not the least they have one of the best chefs in Gujarat namely Ravi T. who is very proficient and prepares mouthwatering food and to add to it his nature is very sweet.

On checking in, we had to get the sheets changed as they were dirty. Room were very mediocre. It seemed to be understaffed as well. Not upto the standards of a 4.4 star hotel at all. Disappointed.

Third class hotel.Not like a 5 star by any chance.Most staff is very rude and if we complain they get even rude,especially the manager and reception.They dont want to assist you for any thing.Like we asked for an extra room key and they were not ready or happy to give and wastes almost 1 hour to give a key.GARDEN AND POOL : Like the connected garden was very dirty,unkept and had mosquitos , when complained, they said we dont know but we only clean it once a month...pathetic reply.SERVICE : Also if you ask for any toiletries , they will not get it until repeated calls and requests.After 30-45 minutes when they do arrive, its in the wrong quantity or the product is damaged.AMENITIES : When you look at the quality and the variety of the products they dont give you a feeling of taj property and price, it looks like a 3 star.They dont have comb,bath salts,face wash,oil etc or other basic amenities one would expect at a 5 star.FOOD: Next is the food,the taste and quality is good but the variety is not there especially in their breakfast menu.And restaurant staff is also very descent.AMBIENCE : The rooms dont offer any good view and the hotel isnt very modern or good looking from both interiors and exteriors.ROOMS : Rooms are of normal sizes and good but the bedding is not comfortable.The pillows are very limited in quantity and not satisfactory.Also the covers are not clean.OVERALL: PLS DONT GO BY LOOKING AT THE TAJ SYMBOL OR NAME BECAUSE IT IS HOPELESS , WORST 5 STAR HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS LIKE WELCOME HOTEL OR FORTUNE LANDMARK.

Stayed with them for a night en route to Goa from Delhi. The city was under lockdown and we could not find dinner at any place else. The staff was really courteous and helpful and provided us extra buffet time even though it was very late at night. Thanks a lot team!! Keep up the smile and motivation!!
