It is a pleasant surprise to find a hotel like this in Vadodara. It is really awesome place. I found one staff lady bit rude in the morning duty. Otherwise, the infrastructure of hotel is so good. Housekeeping is also decent. Overall good experience.

No social distancing, No temperature check up, No response at reception, No sanitizer provided anywhere. Food taste is very bad.

Food was ok. No valet parking, the parking in basement is pathetic, hardly a wide car can cross between the pillars. Didnt stay in the room so cannot comment about it.

Ambiance and rooms are great.. very neat and clean.. food is also good.. staff is very cooperative...buffet has good no of items. live non veg starter counter.. but Surrounding area out of hotel is not attractive Garbage thrown on roadside.

The Hotel Staff was very cooperative and polite. Nice service, good location. The only drawback in the parking of the hotel, it is very congestive and small. The rooms are good, clean and comfortable.

We organised birthday event in the banquet hall. Decoration was done really well and as per our expectations. In fact banquets simple design is so well that you can organize a small function without decoration. The hall is spacious and service was good. All banquet staffs are very co-operative and well behave. We are pleased with the service of The Fern - An Ecotel Hotel.

Great hotel. Location wise perfect. Clean rooms. Linen are fresh and dry. Very crisp. Towels feel brand new. Service is good. Hassle free check in . Breakfast service is best in class. I would recommend this hotel. In terms of service i would give a 10 on 10. Understaffed due to covid but extremely humble and quick service. Breakfast was served in room after a little request as well. Buffet has a lot of options. Overall a very fresh vibe!

Great ambience & good food. full stop. dont expect anything else - service , accessories etc..you are all by your own. no waiters for your luggage pick up.no shaving kit, comb, oil etc as accessories. hence a 4 star otherwise a good stay hotel.

I didnt stay there. I was there for an exam. The staff was anything but polite. Worst experience. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. The fact that the person is not paying for a room and is just there for an exam (approximately 1 hour), doesnt give them the right to be rude to that person. I am never gonna set foot in that place again. And people reading this, you can easily find another hotel at better prices and definitely with a better staff.

Recently I stayed in this hotel for 10 days. It has beautiful 🤩lavish specious rooms containing all amenities.. Tasty food at restaurant 😋 specially breakfast buffet which is nicely decorated 🥰and has many items to eat.. Great work by housekeeping they clean 👌your room make it ready before u come from u work.. they are fast & cooperative.. I had great peaceful time here..👍All the best team fern an ecotel... Nice hotel but was disappointed in the food as I had enjoyed the food at the Fern I stayed at by the statue of liberty and was expecting similar quality.

Found split of paan ( tobacco) on the walls of food lounge and also found dirt in the corners of the room. As this is a premium property brand even after they are not focusing on cleaning and taking care of such type of issues.

Good hotel. Post corona world I had little reservations while travelling by road. But the hotel made me comfortable with their facilities. They hv taken adequate precautions and cleanliness is appreciated. Dinner service is limited due to the pandemic situation but thats fine. Breakfast was good. I had 3 year kid and with regards to food option we were well helped by Hemant in the restaurant!!

The Fern has a banquet hall having capacity of more than 100 people, suitable for Get Together, Marriage and Reception ceremony. Also suitable for corporate meetings. Serving delicious varieties of food, served by well mannered qualified staff.

The place is nice. I visited for a wedding. The food and decore was very nice. I liked it and would try to visit again for dinner if they are open to serve customers.

The Service was okay. They had their so called NO TOUCH POLICY hence they denied to send our 20 bags luggage to our respective rooms. We had booked 20 Rooms for a marriage to be attended which were on different floors, one cant access from one floor to other if you dont have key card of that floor. We had rooms at 1st floor and when I wanted to go to 3rd floor to another room, we had to go to lobby ask their staff to scan their card and then go to the respective floor. The rooms were quite normal and morning breakfast was not good, the Items tasted wierd and there were no spoons-forks and we were asked to get it ourselves from the desk. Not the Fern Service we Expected. I dont know how they got 4-star hotel consideration.

This hotel has serious problems related to staff service. An inroom dining order would take almost 1 hour to arrive including tea. The bathroom door 🚪 locked and could not be unlocked but fortunately no one was inside. The receptionist had little knowledge of the surroundings of the area. And the breakfast was very very undercooked. And the no touch policy was pathetic.

For the level, an average hotel. Lacks professionalism. Organising need to improve.

Management was not good as i have ielts speaking test over there in the morning at 9:00am but staaf didnt allow me to enter inside the hotel even untill 9 o clock....

It has a challenging location and no vallet service if you arrive late night. Premises didnt seem very friendly and not so pleasant room freshners. Felt like someone was smoking heavily in rooms or in corridor however reception said it was a non smoking floor but i doubt that.

So recently I visited the Zeste restaurant by fern @thefern_akota and tried their both buffet and ala cart menu.So first let’s talk about the buffet , there were 2 soups some really amazing starters and mouthwatering main course . And yes they have 14 different verities of desserts that was definitely something I was looking forward to . Everyday they have a regional cuisine menu which has some specialty dishes of a particular state .Breakfast buffet: 399Lunch buffet :480Dinner buffet : 680Which is completely worth it .Talking about the ala cart menu, they have some really delicious dishes which one should definitely try .The best dish according to me was the bharwa kumbh peshawari” to be very honest that dish was really creamy and dreamy 🤩🤤. Talking about that makes me hungry 🙈. We also tried their chef special desserts which were just perfect to end such an amazing dinner with .

I have stayed 5 nights in this hotel and one thing I can say about this hotel - simple and comfortable. Though the lobby and restaurant is quite small, but overall the hotel is very good. Rooms are specious, bathroom is clean and all the furniture/fixtures are in almost new condition. The staffs are also very professional and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.
