Samsung was founded by Lee Byung-chul in 1938 as a trading company. Over the next three decades, the group diversified into areas including food processing, textiles, insurance, securities, and retail. Very poor quality service donot understand customer needs and also they are unable to keep their commitment even bring a brand showroom unable to keep enough stock of fridge, tv etc. Staff not at all cooperative and not giving the schemes which are applicable and giving higher rates for their products.Always inquire at other places and then if you want to go can go as they charge the highest than any other showrooms

Only knows selling, not after sales customer service. Unable to connect on their given landline numbers. After so many attempts, connected once but person was busy in other works instead of listening to my complaint regarding my issue in Samsung 49 TV. The sales person made a great sales pitch at time of selling, but at time of service, not picking up phone.
