The buffet spread they offer and the quality of food will surely satisfy your cravings.Especially when it comes to desserts they have around 8-10 options, all of which are unique and authentic in their own way! Visited this place for brunch after I heard a lot about the buffet spread.Spread consists of,Salads :They have 8 to 10 types of salads ranging from raitas, sprouts and cut veggies.Soup and Starters :There were 2 starters and 1 soup served on the table. I was served German Potage Soup which is a healthy creamy soup.Amongst starters we tried spring rolls which were according to my observation, MSG free, they were neither too spicy nor oily.Main course :They have one Paneer Sabzi, 2 other Sabzis and a couple of healthy options like Lauki or Gobi. They also serve Noodles and Grilled Vegetables. If you are not looking for Indian food, you can try Noodles. All the Sabzis were fresh and flavoursome. Rotis are served hot on the table.Desserts :They have an array of desserts.You can find our Indian traditional desserts like Malpua, Gujiya, Kalajaam. They also have Cheesecakes or Cupcakes or Brownies, Panaccota to choose from. All the desserts are super delectable.Breads :They have variety of breads on the menu like the French ones, Garlic bread, Bread sticks... All freshly baked at Royal orchid itself. Enjoy them with your soup.Live Counter : They have live counters for either Pasta or Chaat. We personally enjoyed their Panipuri a lot.Other:They have Cereals with Milk on the buffet in case you are counting your calories and wish to have something light.They also have a Juice or Mocktail if you want to feel hydrated and refreshed.Over-all completely an amazing experience.

We had visited this place recently for an office dinner party and were totally disappointed. Firstly, their menu has very very limited choices to explore - be it starter or main course. As far the taste is concerned, the starter served to us was barely palatable because the vegetable and the chicken served was so hard that we could barely manage to eat. The choices in Veg course was Baingan ka bharta, Aloo, One paneer curry, Dal and none of them was good. Dessert had some good choices but after the not so good experience with food, we were in no mood to taste it, all I could think of was getting out of this place asap.Service was good but the food was a complete let down. Never had a more expensive and disappointing dinner in my life. I wouldnt recommend someone to waste their hard earned money only to be sad at the end of the day.

Food is good. The restaurant is in Hotel Royal Orchid, Akota-Mujmahuda road. I had ordered buffet food, havent tried Ala Carte. Food was Fair enough. They also decorate and celebrate in various festivals.I had some of my guests staying in this hotel. Rooms are good, but you ll get a better deal online.

Not a very good experience. Even though the restaurant was empty they took time to bring in the order.Hospitality is fair enough, but the taste needs to improve a lot. I ordered two dishes and both were below average. In fact, there isnt a lot of variety in the À la carte menu. And, the quantity of the dishes doesnt justify the price. The naan bread was amongst the worst ones Ive had till date. The staff was friendly and welcoming which happens to be the only good thing.Not recommended over all.

I have been to this restaurant earlier for lunch or dinner but today I went for high tea. It wasnt pre planned, so we didnt get things to eat-- we had no option for a choice-- just 2-3 bread items. There wasnt even tea as the gas line was shut due to some maintance-- so was told to us by the staff. Staff is good but the service was too slow. I wouldnt recommend to anyone to go for high tea. Menu for kitty parties is ok but that doesnt suit for high teas plans. As such taste of the food is also so so....

Pinxx by Royal Orchid Central Vadodara has to be one of the most relishing experiences I have had in a while. Can’t eat here and NOT review the place! Pinxx is trying to go back to the retro feels with their food menu and presentation styles and I am completely in love with the concept. The food is top notch and I visited the restaurant for the Sunday brunch.The hospitality is very warm and cordial and you’re welcomed by gracious hosts who always have a smile on their faces.They serve a healthy variety of cuisines as well as options which include a salad bar, their freshy baked super soft breads, a live pasta counter, the main course bar and the absolute favourite of all gujjus, a huge dessert bar!We started off with the hot and sour soup accompanied with a bread rolls and sticks; followed by the veg tikki, paneer tandoori and crispy potatoes which were highly appetizing and set a nice precedent for the main course. Along with these, they had dahi vadas and curd rice and a full salad bar for all health-conscious people. They basically spoil you for choice and all of them are so tasty that you can fill up only on the appetisers.

The food was really very under the standards. We started with a very Bland soup but that was just the beginning. The buffet was 699+ taxes. We expected way better than this. Moving to the starters, we were served with Chicken tikka and Chilly chicken. Now the tikkas had bones in them and Chilly Chicken was cold and both of it did not have any taste. Again bland. No salt, it was just like a road side dish with lots of Soya sauce. We gave them a chance and asked them to replace it. They quickly had their chef to get a freshly prepared Chilly Chicken, again to be disappointed more. This time it was burnt, more Soya sauce, more pepper. Probably the chef thought we had asked for Soya sauce burnt chicken. Even the chicken was very dry and felt as if it was not thawed properly.We lost all hopes and began with the main course. A few of the sabjis were decent, but overall everything was very Bland. I understand it might be done to server all but there has to be a 50-50 ratio. All the food was just bland. No salt, no proper spices, etc. Egg curry had egg shells on the egg. Spoilt the mood even more. Butter chicken had the same tikkas from the starter. Butter chicken with tandoori tikkas. It was prepared ok, nothing bad but the bones were a turn off again.Moving on to the sweet, none of it was worth a winner. Had few options but all of it was just for the sake of serving sweet. I liked the gulab jamuns but they were served with rabdi which had got dry due to being kept open. The halwa was made in oil. A huge turn off again.I am giving 2 stars just because the ambience and the people serving us were very good(4 stars for the ambience and people who served us). They were the only reason we stayed back. You guys seriously need to work more closely with your chefs and serve better food in The restaurant. Felt as if we were having a complimentary breakfast at a cheap hotel. I never write bad reviews, however we were very hungry, late at night, out of options and got disappointed.

The menu in Buffet lunch was not upto the mark. They had given 6 veg sabzi which was too much . Non veg menu was very limited. Only 2 sabziz in which one was of Egg and other chicken. Desert which got finished were not served again. Starter served was not fresh . The food was delicious but the menu was mismanaged. Better go for Ala carte than Buffet

I wouldnt even give the place 1 star if google allowed it. The manager was taking very rudely. The staff there had wrong information regarding the menu and the service was far from what it displayed. All in all the experience was mind trashing and i wouldnt recommend someone to visit the premise and waste their hard earned bucks on such a pathetic hotel. Try going to a dhaba instead and save a lotta bucks.
