The service is not that great. Staff is lost in their own world. They dont know how to communicate with clients. Not all of them are properly trained to provide the services that they are offering. There is lack of hygiene and sanitation.

Worst smoothening treatment done. They are not even telling actual price at the beginning. They tell less price on Instagram account with offer and once you visit, they add in so many things and at the end added 4k extra for hair service which turned out pathetic at the end. After 3 days only my hair had lost its structure and went back in curled stage. I spent 10k but no satisfaction at all. In other salon they provice free shampoo and mask with the same hair service, where in here, they give you nothing.

When i called them for appoitment for lashes , they said they charge 2000rs, however i was made to pay 200 more when i actually used Their service. The quality of glue was not good. Moreover the premise is handled very unprofessionally. My lashes came off very next day. Here is the picture.

Only interested in juicing out all the money. If you take the basic package they will treat you like a beggar. They do not stick to their commitments and don’t provide all the things mentioned in the package.They judged and passed snide comments on my mother when she asked for a better hairstyle and not a simple bun that could be done at home.Do not recommend this vendor!

Worst customer service by the OWNER Sonia. Waste of money and time. Was recommended sculpting for long nails as it was more expensive BUT didnt mind as it was for my proposal. Two nails came off in 2/4 days and the rest were half off as well. Was blamed that I had broken them on purpose and that nails grow in like a week so its normal. Ruined my proposal photos. Went for removal in 10 days and the owner was rude saying that it was my fault and that I have to pay for it. Money isnt an issue for us as long as we get the service (we spent 15,000 that day so not an issue). I would have paid for the removal if it had lasted for my proposal at least (5 days). Dont recommend wrong things and if youre at fault then own up to it and at least help out a little instead of being ignorant. P.S: we called the owner and sent a picture (shown below) of the nail as soon as it came off.

I recently had my hair cut and colored at the salon. I am very happy with the end result. This was my first visit I had a relaxing time and the staff was friendly.

They arnt transparent in their charges , am sure it is a favourite place for a lot of people , I personally wasnt happy with the service. I got mail extensions done . They scrubbed my nails so hard , it actually started to bleed. I also got the candle pedicure done , the guy who was doing the service seemed lost. He had no idea what he was doing , he literally sat there in between the service staring in blank space. I dont think I would like to go back again

I went there with my sister and mom. Me and my mom got acrylic extensions done and my sister got sculpting done. Her nails didnt even last for 3 days and one of the nail broke and on the other day the other nail broke. And when we went there and talked about this the owner was very rude. And they were the one to recommend sculpting and gave guarantee of a month. Talking of my nails the gel polish started coming out from the edges in 2 days. Really disappointed with the service and the behaviour of owner. Nor will go to this salon again neither will recommend it to anyone.

Hi My name is Mansi Prajapati, on 6th of March I went to Nailed it to get mani and pedi both. First of all the staff was not there, I waited for more than an hour after that when the service started it was very pathetic. It gave me a huge scars on both the hands. I am sure they gonna stay for lifetime.My skin just peeled off. It was very pathetic, very bad service. Though their nail services are good but other than that everything was way bad than anyone could possibly thought.

If you want to spoil you wedding or the special day of your life than and only than book them for your events.Cause they have the most pathetic service, at the time of booking they will give you false promises, will charge you advance and at the time of event they will call you and ask you for extra money Or they wont show up and will give you ridiculous excuse and will spoil your big day.

I came in to the Studio on Saturday and just wanted to let you know all is fab with my nails,I love it! Have had so many compliments and it already feels best version than it was.I was going to email as I wanted to say thank you and pass on my regards and some feedback. I am a nervous person when getting my nails done but Staff was amazing, she was patient, explained everything and answered all of my questions. Even after agreeing a colour on the consultation day when I arrived Saturday with another picture of colour she was so professional and listened to what I was after. She talked me through how to achieve the look I am after and that with time I will eventually get there. I thought everyone in the salon was so professional and I really enjoyed my experience. I have already recommended you to so many people.

So glad I found Nailed it for my eyelash extensions. Even with my short thin sparse natural lashes, they are able to make them look full and voluminous every time.I can tell they are very detailed oriented and well trained.I tried another place that claim they are experts but it damaged my natural lashes too.There like a DAY and NIGHT difference with Nailed it.My lash extensions last much longer and prettier👍🏻👍🏻

Studio is nice. Their service is not too bad either. Their selection for regular nail polish is limited. I do have one complaint. Despite having a confirmed appointment we were not accommodated for the time slot pre-scheduled.

Very very disappointed by the service. I got my nails extension done which costed me 3550/- which they guarantee that it would stay minimum for 1 month n maximum for 3 months. I had my sisters wedding in our village n 2 of my nails broke on the 3rd day when I called she said stick with anything I did that to but it didnt last den on 6th day another 2 nails came of n because I was in a function I had to remove others also. And I again called them and they assured they would help me after I return back. Then when I visited there salon they said they can only do 4 nails others they cant.. this is the service that they offered.very rude behaviour. From my experience I wont even give them 1 🌟

They do an excellent job. I tend to have pedicures and am a regular. They really take care of my in growing toe nails and always give a really nice finish. They do take a long time but its worth it.

Two start for their response to the customer on phone and for eyelash extensions..they dont have expert for eyelashes. I got my extension done here and ruined my natural lashes too. Good for nail art but not as good as foreign standard.

I visited this place bcz of my sister.There is No Receptionist.The rest Staff is good and have skills,but the owners mother have problems with Gujarati people (Heard by my self & I believe one should not speak like this on particularly on some community, especially when u dont know actually mttr)No proper response to the new customer, as the owner was so busy in her own nails.(Btw Actually owner wasnt there, as she was about to get married. So The other girl was there, who introduced her self as Owner)Actually they be like, you paid, then good! we dont care anymore for you and our service, as we are most popular in this area& I noticed I am Something type arrogant Behaviour.

They dont deserve 1 star totally unprofessional they are not at all trust worthy for bride makeup I suggest if u are booking them then dont. they will cancel it at the last movement and wont even give u refund this guys are FRUD!!! I booked bridel make up package for my sister wedding for 15k and at the last day Sonia the bridel makeup artist ask me too upgrade too 28k package or she wont do it I denied so she cancel it and did not even bother to refund the booking amount. I inquired about nail it after this incident I found they do it will lot of people. So I suggest to dont trust them for an occasion of your family. They will force you to upgrade they will take the advantage of your occasion

INSANE TALENT - if you can dream it, they will bring it to your fingertips. Literally. Every time I have an appointment I show up the most insane ideas and leave with beautiful artwork on my fingertips.Quality of their products are Top of the line.I was forced to get my nails done somewhere else in Vadodara and NO COMPARISON. My nails lifted and stones falling off in some days. At Nailed it my nails remain intact, I basically have to go for touch up just coz my nails are grown.You guys are nailing it 👍🏻👍🏻
