We got worst experience after 3 months of purchasing MG Hector. Before 10 days during moderate heavy rain in Vadodara. Our brand new Hector stuck up in Water and its engine got off. we urge for emergency help from MG we received after 4 hrs within city. Now it is in show room and we have to keep for repairing work and claimed insurance in 3 months only. And after days also they dint find proper solution.. and we are just waiting endlessly.. I urge to public do not buy this car as it is very delicate and not made for city riders... Dont waste money...

Hygiene and everything is fantastic only problem i faced was with the management as that is pathetic special one of their public relations manager mr. Pankaj parmar was very rude didnot like his behaviour at all.

Unprofessional staff incapacitated by laziness. The pre launch brand appeal was instantly ripped off by the poor customer experience which was just showing how poorly the showroom Manager is chosen. We had to visit the 4 times just to get the test drive. Our visits were solely based on our interest of the new brand. There was no follow up from them. Not even at a single point, did the salesperson try to sell us the car. The test drive experience was the lowest by far. The representative sitting with us had no knowledge or interest in describing the vehicle. In short, the sales team just didn’t bother to answer the basic question - why should I buy THAT car? The test drive route was a joke. They practically just allowed to drive on a 3 minute stretch with insane traffic. It was like they are doing us a favor of letting us have a ride in their car. They don’t seem to understand the concept of valuing their customer and looks like the customers putting up with such level of practice don’t know the upper limit of the bar themselves. MG brand, in my opinion, just missed at the customer experience which is extremely important, especially for millennials and a new India or they just happen to appoint a poor manager for this place. And they surely missed a confirmed buyer of their car.

Initially the team showed all interest and once I shared selling of my car as exchange then interest was out, even didnt offer test drive

I have booked the car on that time staff give assurance free cancellation and payment will receive in 7-8 days I canceled booking due to unavailable car on my MUHART so I canceled on 14th September but till date I am not received payment and staff give a false comittment ...please beware before you booked the car on this Delar ...
