Absolutely pathetic behavior by staff I wanted to stay just for two hours they charged me for full day. 3000 bucks all went in vain. I was told that my night stay will be free with this then Later i was denied for that too. I had a coffee that was also too expensive and tastelessI strongly recommend you to not to stay here.

Had a pathetic experience. Complete wastage of time and money. Nothing like a 3 star hotel. The food quality is poor and they charge 300 for a tea which is disgusting in taste. The rooms and towel were unclean. Not even worth a single penny. Very very unsatisfied with the hospitality provided by the staff.Strongly not recommended.

Nice experience overall.Rooms were good.Service and staff was good.Only one issue is food prices are very High. I must suggest if u r looking for good food with reasonable price u can walk towards left from.the hotel and u will get many restaurants with good food and prices too.Otherwise its very good hotel.

Dont go by the name and expectation of lemontree hotels. One of the worst hotels I have seen . Very small property even they dont have car parking space. Worst part is the kind of rooms they have you can easily get better rooms in below average hotels.

Pathetic room conditions.I was supposedly given an upgraded room !!!! If the upgraded rooms are in this shape, I wonder what the regular rooms would be like.Staff not courteous or hospitable.Food quality poor.To top it all although they use the name of Lemontree I realized that its a franchise operation.Lemontree group is spoiling their name by being associated with such a hotel.Best to avoid this property.

Great place to stay in Vadodara.Good food, good staff, maintains hygiene and cleanliness.This hotel is at walking distance from railway station.You can get all the eatables and necessities and walking distance.If you are visiting Vadodara, this hotel is a great place, just go for it.

If you are booking thinking everything will be sparkling neat and clean at least, DONT BOOK IT!This property is not at all like lemon tree, it just carries the name, its old and dirty. Sheets were dirty, water leakage in bathroom. Had a very bad experience.

Lemon Tree in Vadodara is a great city hotel. If you want to stay in a hotel with peaceful atmosphere, Lemon Tree is the hotel. I wouldnt recommend it as a party hotel or a nightout hotel, but it is more like a small family and business hotel. The food and staff is also generous. The rooms are also cozy and comfortable. Its just that the hotel could have more space like a garden or swimming pool, which isnt there for now. But still, you will enjoy your day here with beautiful rooms. I prefer you to take room in the first row, for greater view of the sunrise or the city.

Had stayed for a couple of weeks during pandemic. Hotel is situated in a prime location with key tourist places nearby, close to airport as well as railway station.Best thing about the hotel is their staff, very courteous and responsive. Rates are little on higher side, whether it is room rent, food or laundry, but the rooms are well maintained and all basic toiletries are available. Housekeeping is good and cleanliness is maintained.

Always a Lemon Tree fan mostly because of their inclusive recruitment policy and also because of their friendly and helpful staff. Initial experience was a below average due to the rooms which leave much to desire but that was more than made by Mr KANAN who went out of his way upgrade the rooms .

This time there was worst experience. Though hotel claims they have Covid precautions but looks like management used this opportunity to cut some services. Of course there will be margin improvement and we can see that in the next quarterly results. But this kind of service will hurt in future. Important advise is margin improvement will not help beyond a point if you lose your customers and the sales ultimately.I ordered chicken which was stinking, pale and really difficult to eat. Then I thought to stay with veg only.I ordered veg kolhapuri. To my surprise it was made up of cauliflower. I was struggling to find other vegetables but in vain.So guys think twice before visiting.

Overall good. They followed proper safety protocols. Rooms could have been a little more cleaner.

Nice hotel to stay in Vadodara. Good connectivity of roads to reach railway station, Bus station or airport easily.Due to Covid situation they have taken many measures. You have to ask for the blanket, they dont provide it by default. Also after calls and reminders they didnt provide tea coffee powder or milk powder for refreshment.Overall experience is average.

I have always preferred Lemon Tree properties in the last couple of years. While they have put a lot of safeguards in place in post covid scenario, a couple of things have been over done. Elevators have been closed and hence stairs are the only option for ex. Also Rooms are totally striped bare and amenities updated only after guest arrival. For some strange logic they have also stopped quilts and only providing basic bedsheets. Pl check on these amenities before booking....

Always on... Great food and great stay

For a group of 10, the manager took time to provide table. Everything was late, starting from waiter asking for order, no glasses for water, starters coming late, food too much late. Everything took around 1.5 hrs, we took 10-15 mins to eat. Reason manager told that there is rush, so late. But the hotel was not even fully occupied. We had to ask for bill. The mukhwas served was very less. Never expected lemon tree hotel giving such a worst service. And there is a banner there saying the best business hotel.

Facilities doesnt meet prices. For everything of general use you have ask like water, cleaning or can say basic amenities. Ill never recommend to anyone. Very poor response and services.

Good place to stay. But they say saving water by not changing towel for +1 days. I was in the room 207 and the flush was leaking. Secondly there were high pressure taps in the wash basin which is actually not required. If you had take care of these you could have saved larger amount of water than what is claimed

I will give an average rating here coz my expectations with Lemon Tree were quite high..being a 4 star hotel. Rooms were good..but basic amenities were missing, like slippers, toothpaste kit. I visited with my siblings, and we were given rooms on separate floors, something not pleasant. Staff was polite and courteous though. So on the whole, an average experience. Thanks!

Stayed here for a night. Ambience is good. Unlike what appears from outside as a small hotel, once you are inside you get a different impression. Staff are courteous. While didnt have lunch or dinner there, had breakfast that was included in my stay charges. Loved the breakfast. Lot of healthy choices were available. Room itself was quite ok and decent including decent sized TV and a small fridge.

The corridors and passages were not found to be neat and free. It was visibly cluttered.

Its good as a budget hotel . location central for Vadodara. However, Restaurant not very spacious. Services not as expected, may be numbers Of server were less or not efficient. Replenishment of foot item took more time. Not much space for parking for capacity.

I stayed at Lemontree Ahmedabad. Thus the comparison is natural. Lemontree vadodara is one of the old hotels i feel that is at vadodara. Thus they need a lot of refinement persisting to todays style. However it keeps up well with the food and thus there is not much issue with that. However the amenities pertaining to basic gym can be better, as there is only one room which consists gym. But items are megre.

This hotel looked like a refurbished one with visible minor breakages and coverup work. Dissapoint rises as you have a good brand offering world class facilities at other properties and then this.food does need improvement but again the hotel having the policy of having local cuisine as part of the menu helps to get a change from the regular offerings. Best hotel in Baroda for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Very professional staff and always eager to serve the best. Well mannered and courteous. They hire deaf and mute people which is truly amazing and noble cause. This is one place which allowed us in at 2 am in the night in their restaurant and served us amazing food being shut hours. We love going to lemon tree and highly appreciate their class of service and staff besides yummy food.

Not as good as Ahmedabad

The hotel rooms are very clean. Breakfast is fantastic. Staff are also very helpful, even security persons. If u traveling with family or friends, you should stay there. Hope you will love that place.

I have had celebrated my birthday over here. There were good amount of options, still less options for non vegetarian items. Ambience is outstanding as you get the lemon essence throughout which keeps you relaxed. The staff is really kind and supportive. Food quality is excellent and taste is decent. Overall a place worth a visit. We had a Buy 2 Get 1 offer on Buffet which made the price comparatively decent, if else I think its a little on the higher side.

Except the staff, the property has gone old, the same small rooms. I had been here once in 2016, and now in 2020, stayed in a similar room, alot has changed during this time but in a negative way. The furniture: chair was broken, table was full of scratches, telephone wire was all tangled up, no bellboy: the security guy has to pick up the luggage. Although the food was good, the staff was humble, check-in check-out didnt take much time,bus rooms m maza nahi Aya. Phle ek acha luxury wala feel ata ta.

Spent around three weeks here for ONGC business trip. Hotel rooms are good. Room service is fabulous.Food is a positive point. The hotel hosts a big dining area and a multicusine restaurant. Buffet served is awesome. I would like to specially praise the efforts of chef Mr. Rana who lived no stone unturned to serve us the best food of our choice. Thank you Sir. Live singing performance is also held in evenings.Cons :1) Laundry price is little high.2) Gym room is very small and not that good .3) Although Buffets are great, many of the options from in-room dining menu were not available at several occasions.One star that I deducted is because of these reason.But overall our stay was pleasant and fabulous.

Excellent hotel with fine rooms, close to station and city centre with all shopping areas just a stone throw away distance. In hotel cafe, citrus cafe, is a great place to hangout and with a fantastic menu.

Good hotel - quick check in and check out experience. Room service is good and the food is tasty. The breakfast is also decent. However, the internet connection is absolutely atrocious. For a business traveller not being able to work due to a poor connection is blasphemy.

Actually I wanted to give it 3.5 star. Rooms here were spacious and clean. Staff was polite and cooperative. Complementary breakfast was good but items from ala carte menu that I ordered were just ok. Though overall stay experience was nice and comfortable. Location is very close (walkable) to both railway station and bus stand.

Business hotel. Comfortable rooms. Clean linen. What impressed me most was the service though. Courteous, efficient and enthusiastic. The group has also employed differently abled personnel for which it really needs to be lauded.They have a valet, basement parking. When I checked out and asked for my car to be brought out, the staff asked me to wait five minutes while they washed the car which was dirty from previous days cross-country drive. This at their own initiative. Bravo.

One word can describe the hotel is Royal Stay. Atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and silent smell of lemon at everywhere. Rooms are clean with all facility. Hygienic food. Nice arrangement of restaurant. Hotel was awarded for best food in Vadodara in 2017. Staff Behaviour is fantastic, well manner and polite. Overall awesome experience.

I was utterly dismayed by Lemon Trees appalling service, horrible food and unprofessional attitude of the staff. I had booked the Lemon tree restaurant for my kitty party on the 26th January 2019. When I reached, they had shifted my party venue from the ground floor to the fifth floor without any prior intimation. Then, when food was served it was cold and tasted nothing like it should have. They had difficulty providing adequate service as they were understaffed and could not manage bringing stuff up to the fifth floor!! Pau-bhaji was just boiled and mashed potatoes. Chaat was just potatoes with chutney. I could go on and on about the mismanagement of my event that happened on that day. I would never ever recommend Lemon Tree to anyone. PLEASE guys go at your own risk.

We had breakfast over here.The price is 350plus taxes. There is wide variety in Indian cuisine. Many items for egg lovers. They have special dedicated live counter for egg lovers.Nothing special for sweet lovers. But you cant be judgemental as the menu changes each day.Overall a good place to have breakfast.

Nice cost rooms. What I liked was, the bathrooms and toilet provided were hygienic. A thing Ive found to be lacking even in 5 star hotels. As for food, they had a variety. I personally liked breakfast more than dinner. Definitely check it out guys.
