They want to make money, they dont want to save life.I lost my father here.if patient is in ICU then your average bill will be 50000 per day.they will average this amount like one day lab: 17000One day medicines : 20000Bed charges: 15000 (as per VMC...LOL)they will not show you lab reports.they will charge you for PPE kits and mention name of medicine in the medicine bill.they have trainee doctors in house not qualified staff. they have just visiting physicians and those physicians have their own hospitals.at last, never ever get hospitalized here, you will lose your loved one for sure.

Hospital is good but lack of seating arrangements outside ICU in fact only one Pedestal Fan available in waiting area so suffocating a lot.No repellant machines are available, fire exist is open so mosquits are coming from that way and these days Dengue season is on peek in the city.Expecting such basic needs from the Hospital.I will really appreciate if all staff and Dr wear a mask which I found not applicable at night.

Poor service.1) Patients do not get food on time. You have to remind them again and again and again till they say canteen is closed.2) No one wants to take the responsibility. Everyone blames it on another person.2) Not enough sitting arrangements.3) No management.4) oou go to pharmacy buy medicines they give you bill and you have to pay in billing department. Then you go to pharmacy again and give them the bill. Then they give you the medicines. Strangest thing I have ever seen.5) You have to wait for an eternity to get discharged from the hospital.

I am admit here for dangue treatment and after one week I got discharge,Negative points-1)They need focouss on some basis need such as lack of seating arrangements outside ICU also each floor.2)All fire exist is open so required some bais treatment against mosquits are coming.Positive point-1)I will really appreciate that all nursing staff is very careful and treated well.2)All doctors visited time by time and give suggestions and also gave feedback from their end for improving your health.

I had a very worst experience for my mothers treatment. Absolutely no transparency about the treatment what they are giving. Ultimately I have to shift my mother from here to Parul Hospital. Almost all the junior staff is not wearing mask. No sanitizers are available in the hospital. Doctors and other hospital staff including security agency, are allowed with their own shoes and chappls and relatives of patients have to remove their shoes and chappls outside of the hospital at the main gate.

I got admitted in Gujarat Kidney Hospital Vadodara as Covid positive with high ct value with lot complications. I was in ICU for 12 days and Dr. Dhaval and Dr. Indrajeet and staff treated and supported very well, . The staff in hospital are very great & they treated me like a member of their family. Nurses & Doctors are very professional. They know to take care of patients. I am happy with the services.

Firstly, I am not at all a negative person - but had to write this review. Duty of a doctor is to convince a patient about his / her faster recovery.My relative was admitted at Padra Branch and as a well wisher I contacted Dr. Chirag Brahmbhatt for an update, he said call after 1 hour. I messaged him after 1 hour once again, he said call after 1 hour. At midnight 12 I called him once again and found a ridiculous response that I will call you back. That was the end of our conversation. I never received any call or message from his side.We agree that you as a doctor are doing your bit for patients, but atleast you could have talked for 30 seconds to give relief to us. We are not asking anything more. Even if he messaged me about my relatives condition, I would never have written this review. A message would hardly take 10 - 15 seconds of his time. We were all confused for the next 2 days about the condition of our relative. Thankfully she got discharged and is doing good.We all understand that every doctor is trying their level best during this pandemic but at the same time we also expect a proper response. The Hospital Authorities should take this very seriously.The problem in India is Terrible Customer Service - here the case is reverse. A customer has to oblige to a supplier while in reality a customer (patient in this case) should be given top priority since it is due to us that a hospital runs afterall.wish you all the best.A POSITIVE RESPONSE IS ENOUGH TO TREAT A PATIENT POSITIVELY.

Too expensive for Covid-19 treatment. Though rates are as per govt. circular.Experienced Dr. Aashish Chhtrawala, who has treated more than 1000 patients.Ground staff is also supportive. Death ratio is quite lower compared to other covid designated hospital.Due to pandemic, lot of rush there hence, need to work over it. They need to come out over short of staff.Overall, in current situation very good hospital.

I reached here at 10 in the morning. Doctor advised for a blood test, a urine test and a CT Scan. By the time, I received reports, it was 6:30 pm, that too after requesting them over 20 times. Worst part is by the time reports were received, doctor was not available. Despite telling them to show little urgency, they remain ignorant.By the time i left this hospital, my patience was checked at top level. Worst experience till date. Wasted money as well as time.

This one star rating is not applicable for the doctors. I am giving rating of 5 star for Dr Pragnesh Bharpoda and Dr Tejas Mistry urologist. Hospital gives very bad feeling. Firstly, hospital staff very is cold and unfriendly. They do not respond to patient queries, but they have got ample of time to chit chat. While we are in middle of conversation with a doctor, a staff will come inside the cabin without permission and listen to the conversation, phlebologist (person collecting blood) is so mean that he would make jokes of your appearance.Hospital Does NOT follow any COVID safety measures. Patients keep pouring in without screening, security staff at entry point is pathetic. There are no hygienic facilities water drinking facilities and food facilities. You may take consultation from the doctors, but avoid this place for hospitalization.

Be careful 😂😂😭😭Before operation dr told us estimate of operation rs 80000 and we have cash less facilities available in our hospital so I admit for operation, We try to get cash less from your TPA after operation and at time of discharge they told me you have to pay rs 158000 so my husband request and they revice bill rs 125000 and we pay and I submit medical bills to paramount TPA and insurance company deducted rs 24000 excess operation charge 14000 excess O T change rs 4200 and others excess change which much more then maximum payable change given by insurance companySo you are requested to confirm cash less and then do operation otherwise you have to pay much more then market rates at time of discharge you have to manage bill amountBe careful😂😭

Very commercial hospital, the staff behaviour is very rude. They are experts in talking sweetly and show their true colours after billing. They even charge you twice for a single thing so check the bill. They are theives prying on the helplessness of the patients and their kin.

The experience has been amazing! The OT staff, ICU staff, sisters and the housekeeping staff has been quite supportive and has taken proper care of mine.The doctors are intelligent and know their job well. The pricing has also been affordable and the administrative processes have been smooth too.Overall its an experience worth having when sick. It will more be like a vacation than a recovery time spent in a hospital. You will sure walk out of the hospital with a smile and healthy body.

All staff and doctors are excellent and services is awesome

The hospital is very good in every aspect. The staff was very attentive and always on time. Nurses visited regularly to check temperature, blood pressure and heart rate. Medicines were given on time. The blood test reports were also provided on-schedule everyday. Food was prepared in accordance to the needs of the patient and its generally less oily and less spicy. Cleanliness was taken care of properly. Bedsheets were changed every morning. One of the patients family members can also stay in the same room, which has a couch-cum-bed. Overall, the period of treatment was well facilitated.

Bed experience in my life 😂 There is no Case less facilities and they charge more then market rate so all are requested to fix amount of operation otherwise they chare more and at time of dicarge they tell that no case less from your TPA and we have to mange amount at the time of discharge so not to preferred this hospital
