My duration there was 1 month but in that one month I felt like my life completely changed. I now want to stay sober because I know the benefits of the same. My health has been improved. All the therapies were good.

I was in the center for a duration of 2 months. All this while i never felt like sitting in my room. I was much motivated to attend the classes and not to sit in the room. They were all so motivating.

The AA meetings helps you with your focus and provides you motivation for recovery. They also have lots of sports there along with therapy, I played Cricket, Volley-Ball, Table Tennis Carom Chess everyday which helped me stay fit as wells as my mind got sharper.

I felt fresh and active after doing all the activities we were told to do. I used to do yoga everyday and sometimes even walk. It was really good. The environment is amazing. I felt so good and at peace while I stayed there.
