Building Condition: OK OK but not attractive7. Connectivity: Easily accessible by private and public transportIts an average party place for public gathering with moderate amenities.

Poorly maintained by the VMSS, inadequate parking. Could turn into ideal place for middle class citizens to host family functions if amenities are improved. A fresh coat of painting would be huge uplift in marketing this facility.

This government owned public place is generally alloted to people for organising various events like marriages, reception, exhibitions, etc. A better maintenance can make this place more appealing.

I visited Amita Atithi Gruh to attend Durga puja organised by Bihar Sanskritik Mandal. The place was in the heart of city, where all kind of transport/ taxi was available. Cleanliness side, there was some issues, overall everything was nice.
