Good food and good service after the covid19 second wave co-oprative the all staff.

We had recently visited after diwali to Oak leaf. The restaurant is on sama savli main road above the drive through of McDonald. The restaurant follow all covid guidelines. The interior of restaurant is nice and spacious. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. The staff is cooperative and prompt in service.

After Covid the service become extremely poor. Sizzeler is served cold. Soup bowl is filthy. Ambience poor and Music system not working. Not recommending for outings or celebrations.

Staff had no clue of whos order is what... They were delivering and exchanging all orders... Food 1/5Ambience 4/5Service 1/5Owners politeness -1/5IN SHORT.... AVOID.

Quality of the food is awersome needs to improve quality of the manchau soup. Quantity, quality of the food is meeting price standard. Suitable place for celebration for birthday, engagement ceremony etc...

In starting days, restaurant was serving good and quality food. I went 2 times earlier. But last time I was really disappointed with this😔. Restaurant have to maintain their standards for long. Customers pay money if restaurant serve tasty, hot, quality and hygienic food. Restaurant should mark this and improve food, service, cleanliness.

Great place, good food. Special Oakleaf vegetable sabji is amazing with brown and green gravy in one serving.

Dirty plates, no service, bakwas taste, they dont ever offer glass of water. Ordered oakleaf special paneer and it was the worst dish of paneer i have ever tasted.

Wrong Items in Order and Poor TasteI have reviewed this restaurant on zomato as well. So, you can check the zomato food app for the detailed review.I placed an order on 20th August. However, one of the food items were not as per the order and even their taste was not as per the standards maintaimed by this restaurant till then. I would have called the restaurant or zomato for this glitch at that time, but, I came to know about it only when we nearly finished eating two of them and opened the third food container. And this means another person may also got wrong items in his/her order.Never expected this from such a reputed restaurant and thats why I am critically reviewing it. I hope they would take care in future. I recommend all those who order online from here or anywhere else to recheck the order when they receive. Not to mention, I will be doing it from now!

Food was okay, ordered chinese food, schezwan fried rice was extremely spicy. Please dont try, it will start the fire in stomach in 5 minutesWhen I complained manager, he said generally schezwan rice are spicy,I think he doesnt understand the difference between spicy and not edible spicy. Also it is costly restaurant compared to food quality

This restaurant is located in the sama area , above the only drive through Macdonalds in the city. Other than location the quality of food provided by the restaurant is very good , hygienic and tasteful. They provide variety of delicacies but i like the authentic taste of their punjabi cousins. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wanna have fine dine experience. I have visited this place very recently and was glad to see that they were following the covid-19 guidelines carefully. That makes it a good choice even in this pandemic.

The restaurant is one of the best in terms of interior and food quality in New sama area. The food was less oily and with quality spices. It offers wide range of options. The staff is very friendly and supportive. They were very quick to serve. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The interior of the restaurent is better- 4 star. Service is also good. But the main thing which is food, will disappint you. Its not as expectetion as a name say itself. The food is OK OK. 3 star. I took lunch in posh urban, ahmedabad and simaltaneously dinner at this hotel. But the taste is totally different. I also ordered same menu because I liked lunch menu so I excited to eat again same food. But disappointed. Not satisfactory. . .

We went to attend a birthday party in banquet hall of oak leaf. The arrangements was very good. The service of hotel staff was very good. The taste of food was very delicious. The music system and the banquet hall was impressive.

Wide variety of dishes. Reasonably priced except for few items. Taste and portion of serving is average. Staff though friendly dont seem trained. Ambiance is average. Service is pretty slow especially for the main course. At most its an average restaurant and a one time visit.

We had a farewell party for our former boss at Oak Leafs banquet Hall. Overall the experience was fine. The food was good but the ambience wasnt the one I wanted to have. That is personal but many people want a good ambience at a place and food goes secondary to them.Atlast, I would recommend this place for food.

This place offers a decent dining experience but not very quite. I guess the staff could be a little more polite and welcoming... overall a good dining place for casual dinner!!

Love the food

One of the better restaurants in the city. Has a very long waiting time. The staff is friendly and the menu has a wide selection of curries. The service is quick as the staff expects you to eat quickly, pay and make way for the hungry crowd outside. Weekends are specially crowded so book in advance. They accept credit cards also. Parking is a pain.

Great vegetarian Restaurant and Banquet hall. Located on prime area. Taste of food was delicious. Service is okay. Staff is also good and well mannered. The complex has common parking, so parking is headache some time, at prime time mostly. Ambience is great. Nice looking with great infrastructure and interior.

The visit was made in banquet. Food is good. Approach to banquet from parking is awkward, either you pas through another banquet or pas through kitchen! Food is good though, for which it deserves at least 4 out of 5 stars. Hospitality below average. No married staff.

Sizzler i believed is a spicy or at least non sweet dish until i had the most unwelcome experience of eating sizzler laced generously with caramelized sugar syrup and enormously sweet sauce made of whatever at this place. When i raised this issue with whoever seemed to be in charge i had the a very sweet answer: sizzler has white sauce and white sauce is sweet and so sizzler is sweet. Elementary! For those who are mindful of having a sugary sweet sizzler i would advise them to steer clear from ordering any sizzler at this place.

We have attended official get together there. Ambiance was above average . Food quality was awesome. Which was unlimited.

Pathetic service, roti and sabji was so cold as if it was made before hours ago, we informed the manager but there was no proper response from him.There was not that rush as most of the customer had left by the time we went so it was not that crowded also.Later we ordered again roti and chappati again same thing happened it was too coldWe informed and the response we got was we will make fresh which will take 10 minutes we replied its ok but we got chappati in next 2 minutes which was just warm a bit and given back.Worst experience.

Worst experience. Food was not tasty at all. Chapati was not good. It was blakish and not soft also. We informed them, but they replied it is ok chapati. We serve this type chapati. I think flour was not good and prepared hous ago.We will never visit it again.

Food was not good. Starting from soup it was bad experience to rice. Even we ordered sizzler and PUNJABI Sabji. All food served cool. So please I will not suggest any one oak leaf even after complaining about food while paying bill people not responding.

Nice ambience and good food but the service is below average. If they can work on their staff then this place would definitely attract more and regular customers. Would still recommend the place.

A good place for vegetarian eaters. Good location, good ambiance, friendly and polite staff. They promise a variety of dishes from different cuisines. The food is quite tasty and we have always been satisfied with the foid and services so far.

This place is located at a very beautiful canal side view. The interior is simpler in comparison with other places but it doesnt really matter when you get a high quality food. We had Punjabi food with was absolutely delicious and I can give it No 1 in my favorite list. Service is quick and very disciplined.The only drawback what I felt was the very high rates of the food. They charge 30 Rs for a butter chpati roti which is more than double rates in most of the city. But still, looking at the quality of food, I can afford it once in a half year.. :)

Nice family restaurant for punjabi and chinese food at landmark of area. Some dishes taste nice while some dishes can be improved. Service can also be improved. They also have a banquet hall with capacity of max. 200 people.

Oak Leaf Restaurant is a place that people can consider for their functions. It is located on the first floor. It has 2 banquet halls and 1 main dining area. 1 banquet hall has a capacity of max 50 people and the other banquet hall has the capacity of max 150 people approx.Main course served in the function was in a huge variety with 2 starters and 1 desert. Rotis and halwa served were too oily.Their staff was courteous.Washrooms were clean.Basement parking is available.The restaurant has stairs; however, it can also be accessed on a wheelchair by using an elevator.It can easily be noticed in a normal traffic as the restaurant is located just on the side of the road.P.S: My review is based ony experience that I had when I was there to cover a family function.

Initially there were great experience but from past few time it is getting worse. One time we got hair from the food, the other day they denied entry at 10:30 and one day there just flies everywhere flying from here to there and spoiling our mood and food. Terrific experience. Its like try at your own risk, we have stopped visiting this place. Try your luck...
