One of the best Gujarati restaurants I have visited. Nice ambience and courteous staff. Food is great. From chaach to sweets everything is just awesome. And they serve three sweet dishes.

Mandap serves nice Gujarati food. Its a part of Hotel Express. It has a nice ambience. Taste of the food is good and serving staff is also cordial. Even on wk days the restaurant entertains quite a lot of people. If anyone is interested in Gujarati thali, one must go here as you will have a satisfactory experience as cleanliness and hygiene are maintained here.

Today they had asked me to wait for half an hour for take away but it is already more than an hour and counter boy is not approachable right now. Management should understand and make their staff aware about the commitment of timings, false commitment is not acceptable. They should also understand there are diabitic person who are at risk if not delivered on time. Very disappointed...

A restaurant is driven by the attitude of its owners....and this probably has a owner who is of cheap mentality.... hence the waiters are instructed to serve rotis continuously and not bring the better dishes like desserts... what a shame....they are nothing but a bunch of rascals

Excellent place with Authentic Gujarati Thali. A crowdy restaurant however it is worth the wait!The food is unlimited and tasty. Its like a must visit in the city.Have an empty stomach to enjoy more and if you have to wait please wait because it is worth!!!

Mandap is a good gujarati unlimited thali option. Taste is perfect, ambience, service, food quality is perfect. Only drawback is good to go on working day only as they say that they do have heavy rush on weekends and they dont even accepts pre bookings on weekends.!!

The place was amazing with nice food. You have lot of options to eat in the gujarati thali..But the colour of decoration was changed and moreover the staff has changed dressing from gujarati to professional waiter dress..The taste and ambience was good but the problem was only in the sweet... the sweet that u like is limited served only once whereas the sweet which u dont like is in unlimited quantity which is not goodOverall wonderful dining experience 4 stars from me.Must visit for gujarati thali dining experience.

Visiting Mandap Restaurant is a delightful experience. Coming from Delhi and experiencing the taste of Gujarat here, was an amazing experience for our group.The restaurant provides unlimited food, unlimited sweet along with unlimited chhach and jal jeera. The qualiy and taste of food was great. The attendants were really warming and a treat to talk to.The pouring of Ghee on top of each roti was the cherry on the cake. The Photographs below depica the aura and variety that we experienced. Must visit place in Vadodara.

Well I wanted to try Gujarathi Thali and came to this place by looking at reviews.Now its my time to review-Located inside an hotel its difficult to find.Ill start with ambience. 5 stars. Its royal.Each table is located under a royal mandapCopper Thalis and spoons. Waiting area has newspapers and sofa. Waiters are courteous.Food- its of good quality but has limited variety.Service- they keep coming even before you put the first morsel in your mouth. Same as any other Thali service.So it was a decent experience and cost is rs 300/ person. So 3stars(plus 1 for ambience) 4.
