Pathetic service !! Fraudulent people. Have no knowledge about anything and merely take more money. Took 1800 rs for repairing electric panel of washing machine citing a problem there and once repaired, the machine still dint work. They then identified some other minor wiring issue but did not refund the money taken to repair the electric panel even when there was no issue with it. Dont take their service. You will only lose money. Call companys authorized service centre for any repair/maintenance issues.

He is a FRAUD. He sold Haier 1 ton air conditioner indoor unit covered in 1.5 ton air conditioner unit. The gas exhausted within 2 months of purchase!! Haier authorised service isnt ready to service the air conditioner.We never wanted to buy Haier ac but Patel Refrigeration gave us ample discounts and made it lucrative. We have been CHEATED badly. Dont deal with Patel Sales and Services or Imtiaz Kadri
