For a small town this Staples Store is very convenient. The staff are eager to help with any questions. Product availability is good.

Well stocked Staples in a small town, but everything I needed was there. Good friendly Knowledgeable staff. Had a very good experience here. I will return and I have.

Fast,friendly and helpful, but was unable to print some documents because there was a problem with the printer.

Online order was ready for curbside pick up in less than the 2 hr posted time expected.Friendly & courteous staff assisted with telephone support to ensure product purchase met all my needs prior to completing on line order.

Went to pick up an online order today curbside. The staff would not let me pick up my order because I did not have photo ID on me. I showed my confirmation email, and the credit card I made the purchase with but they still refused me. Then I was refused entry to the store to make my purchase (despite the fact that they were open to the public). This photo ID policy is completely unacceptable and not in line with other stores. For example, many of my employees have gone to Canadian Tire to pick up orders with only the pickup code with no issues. I have had a terrible customer experience that was completely avoidable. I should have had my order delivered instead of trying to be helpful because I was in Uxbridge anyway. I hear Canadian Tires stationary section is cheaper and superior. If theres a next time, itll be delivery.

Quick, efficient friendly curbside pickup

Although I like staples, I have found that the till waits arent as timely as other ones due to not enough people at the front. Twice Ive had to wait while employees were chatting with each other and not paying attention to those of us in line. Saying that, the employees are friendly and helpful when you do finally get a chance to ring through. I wanted to make sure it wasnt just a one time thing but it seems constant over the last 4 visits

Megan is extremely knowledgable and helpful with photo printing. Her services are highly demanded. Other colleagues at the same store should give her best recognition and ability to move forward with her expertise; even on-line help support was not as savvy as Megans personal professional service.

Debbie in the Print and Copy Centre is great! She took a lot of time to design business cards for me and pick a great colour and logo. She called me by name and asked about my music teaching business. My business cards arrived BEFORE the expected delivery date!

This place has really smart tech and network staff. All staff is helpful and friendly. They treat everyone with small town charm.

Staples is selling reduced back-to-school supplies customers can purchase for donation to Salvation Armys efforts. This is such a terrific idea for a wonderful cause: our kids!! Genuinely friendly cashier was just the cherry on top of a good shopping experience - thank you.

Otis the manager today was really nice. I made a mistake in a purchase that could have been at a very big expense for me and he made the exchange and did it without judgement. I really appreciated the help.

Good curb side pick up

I went to Staples to print some 2 x 3 color posters. Quality was great, service was fast. I will definitely do this again.

Went for paper, left with a chair. 10/10 would do it again.

Fine for pencils, but dont buy anything else here. Managers are rude and dont know or stick to their own return policies that are documented on their website. Tech sales lied openly to me to make a sale.

I went on a Sunday afternoon to have a photo copied and came home with a new tablet cover as well as 2 copies of the photo. Cam and Nadia were most helpful in processing my orders.

Right off the bat I would like to say this poor example of a Staples is an embarrassment to the entire franchise. I wish I could get back my 3 hours I wasted trying to communicate with the imbeciles working here after spending a solid 30 minutes finding one in the first place. The staff are unnecessarily snarky and treated me extremely disrespectfully. I paid a visit to this establishment 2 years ago and I gotta say, I didnt think this joint could get any worse, but suprise suprise they somehow managed to. This will be the last time I ever go to this garbage dump. Would not recommend this hole, 0/10.

You would THINK that the incessant Voice Mail system would tell you straight up (at 10:40 AM on Sunday) that the store is NOT open. That way would wouldnt keep pushing buttons for various departments and getting NO answer. After repeatedly calling back and hitting the Customer Service button, someone answered. I told him what I wanted, he tells me to call back when the store opens. I had to ASK what time that would be to find out they dont open until 11 AM.And regarding other posts about prices? If its not on sale, you can get it at most other stores for less. MANY things are priced above the manufacturers suggested retail prices. (Some other stores do this too.)

Its staples way over priced but lots if stick for quick grabs

This store does not take care of business. I tried to call to find out if they had inventory of a specific item. They did not answer and I tried most of the departments. Only gave a star to post this comment!!Shame .... poor service and I would have bought a tablet from you.
