Staff service is very poor, they dont know in which product they provide discount or not. Yesterday I bought couple of tshirt from trends and they said in this product u will get 20% discount, later I gone for billing and cashier said no discount in this product, and when i said that staff who gave me this product he said Sir mujhe pata nai hai what the hell is this. Pantaloons is much better than trends.

Reasonable pricing and offer all year

Recently after so many days of lockdown, I went to the TRENDS outlet in Uttarpara. I really like the fashion sense and usability of new fashions in the TRENDS. This outlet some times have some outdated clothes but my recent arrival was pretty good as I got exact the type of clothes I needed. It can increase its popularity by some eye-catching new stocks of clothes. Besides this the staff service was always with me and I had no problem in finding my choice of clothes . They even took care of the safety measures.

Good casual apparel collection both for young men and women. Plus size stock is less though.

Sharing the pics of a t-shirt which clearly had a tag of flat 30% off but the staff declined the discount stating its not applicableRe checked the other displayed t- shirts all of them had the same 30% tag but ...Think its a way to confuse and charge the customers unethically

The collection of this store is quite nice but the best part for this store is store helpers as they try to help select the best option and also provide option of ordering online if size of your cloth is not available. Another plus point is that this store is having a lift which is quite helpful for senior citizensHowever more choice of cloth could be offered.

This shopping mall is new in this area so bit clean . Also the rate of customer goods are cheaper compared to other shopping mall . The hospitality and generosity of the workers are very much appreciated and the management system is quiet good.

I went to outlet uttarpara as on 24.05.2019 and buy for more than 7k. Outlet charges for poly package, not obey the order of supreme court that prevents retailer to pay for poly package since on package reliance give thier own advetisement. Manger of outlet argue to pay. And behind the back, commented to buy online so that I have not to pay for poly package. It was very shame that manger passes such comments of such store. Really bad experience. Not worth to go Uttarpara Reliance trend.
