They charge extreme high prices for spare parts. Avoid buying any kind of hardware parts/spares from them as they will quote high amount. Before buying from them cross check with other shops. Overcharging never helps guys. We live in a connected world and its difficult to suppress information. Instead of Om Computer Service i used another service from a Uttarpara shop which was much cheaper with same quality.

Very helpful and fast in assisting. Specially their engineer Mr.Raja was helpful to me. It was a good experience.
