The restaurant is operated by Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC). One can have a quick bite of refreshments of quality food. It is the only restaurant available a top the Dhauli Hill.To attract tourist and increase revenue they can start a road side take away restaurant there.

I had my lunch over here while on my way to visit the Dhauli Shanti Stupa.It was quite refreshing experience.Though they charge a bit more pricey than the average for a lunch Thali but again their quality and quantity both exceeds expectations because they do make simple food but I can assure you that the taste will definitely be remembered by you for a long period of time they also have lodging facilities so those who want to stay in a beautiful location away from the main city they can definitely dive right in.

This place is very poor.. Manager Mr. Tripathi sits naked on a chair while the guests were busy coming in. The food quality is miserable, no taste, no salt, and extra charges applied for everything. So dont visit here for the lunch.

Had some snacks there while visiting Dhauli, food taste was very bad. Also service was very slow.

Good place to rest/stay just beside Dhauli Stupa. Run by OTDC, no fear of being cheated. Tea coffee, thali pakora all are good and within budget.

OTDC is INDIAS one of the most below grade tourism entity. OTDC panthika of dhauligiri is the worst of the lot. Very very arrogant and bad behavior with illiterate staffs. Food is worst tasting. Overpriced. Should boycott OTDC. Will never recommend.

Fantastic food at hiltop. Fresh and tasty, also reasonably priced.

Food quality is so poor & also expensive. We visited 27 September & order vegetarian thali. Bad experience.
