In Palava City Phase 1 it was one of the first building which was constructed. It is in the entrance of Casa Bella buildings. Magnifica has 1 BHK and 1.5 BHK Apartments. 1.5 BHK is always facing the river and 1 BHK towards backside of the society.

The condition has deteriorated after forming the society. The members of the society are worthless and useless. They steal money and dont do any good work. There is leakage, no security cameras nothing.
