Saddened to see a dilapidated museum amidst the suburbs of cuttack. Visited there to see and learn something about jainism. However, turned out to be a worst experience. It wasnt the museum itself rather the lack of funds or tourisms (given that it is right next to MAA DHAKULEI MANDIRA). Couldnt go inside since it was closed however all we could see was broken windows, premises was improperly taken care of (might be due to no funding), and the big highlight was the HARITAGE.Odisha Government should be taking accountability and responsibility for these kinds of museums or any other tourism place (rather than focusing only upon puri, chilika and konark there are a bunch of more attractions in all over odisha. Odisha had a number of gorgeous waterfalls and beautiful places, please develop those also). It should be our responsibility to let the govt. know about it. And lastly if any jain community person is reading this kindly urge for the above.

Must visit this place.there are very less people come here.if you are going just make sure you go in a group.otherwise the caretaker of this place may not open the gate. And BTW say hello to the caretaker uncle from my side😁.
