My parcel was delayed hence visited to collect it . The staff was courteous and helpful . They understood the urgency of my situation and helped me retrieving the parcel .

Professional and humble people... ready to help in every possible manner when we visited at evening time but during day the people who were there they didnt seem to be helpful they seem to be ignorant...but its fine...we just have to send a parcel...do communicate properly about time t be taken and put your parcel accordingly

Worst service by fedex I ever seen this type of response till now they wont deliver if we need we should collect it they will take minimum 45 days to deliver if u need or emergency u should go to office and collect the shipment this is the suggestion giving by fedex customer support grt innovative by team fedex

The facility is big. Good arrangement. But due to delivery boys its not able to deliver on time.I visited then they apologized and explained the reason for delay. I understand it.I am writing this to highlight the inconvenience and poor service that I have got.Its really pathetic and sad to see this kind of service from Fedex.I called customer support around 10 times and not a single person was helpful except one lady named Kiran who raised a complaint and provided a reference number.Most of the executives spoke like  I have called in to a local municipality office.They did not greet nor said hello properly.  Just said Hello and Yes. Like what do you want?

This is a fedex distribution center. They kept my priority courier for 2 days without contacting me although they had my phone number printed on the package! When I checked with Fedex on their customer care, came to know that this distribution center has updated the package saying customer address not found! I had to travel 5 kms just to get here, wait for almost 2 hrs to collect my package. Will never go for fedex if I am delivering to this area. Extremely careless and unprofessional.

I am waiting for my courier from 10days after getting out for delivery message...still customer service saying like high demand so your package is delayed...once u sent courier through FedEx u have to wait for 1month... urgent deliveries dont go for FedEx..

Reached our International shipment to Hyderabad on 21.03.20, not delivered till today i.e. 16.04.20. Highlight is no one is not giving proper reply where is the shipment. They dont have any landline & mobiles. Only customer care numbers are there and no one replying

These people do not do domestic shipment. only International. Staff response is also not as expected.

People are very slow here, though they receive the package from other FedEx hubs the process here is slow. They are very disorganised. My parcel which is overnight priority has been held at this centre for 2 days which is when I personally went to this station and asked for the parcel and it took almost half an hour for them to find my parcel. What I found shocking was the way they are handling the parcels, they were simply throwing the parcels here and there recklessly. Im giving 2 star just because of FedEx name.

My rating is zero in fact but i dont see any option to give that rating. My shipment was supposed to be delivered by 11th october and i am still waiting to receive it today, 14th oct. To add to my pain, when i have called their customer care, that guy has no information as where the parcel is now and who can be contacted to collect it by myself. Fedex... Shame on you... Dont dare to call yourself an international courier service. Worst service... Finally received it today 16th October after multiple follow ups with the sender party. Worst experience with FedEx.

It is better company changes its name as LateEx, My domestic parcel which i m still to receive is one week late even after constant reminders, they are blaming it on festive season, we are living in digital age, company can forecast how much quantity of courier they are capable of handling, why the hell than you accept more than that greedy buffons
