We got one box with broken tiles. After reporting to the sales person , he says we cannot do anything . When asked to replace it and deliver it to my place,hr asking to come and replace. While buying the sales person was good but after reporting the concern he changed his attitude. It is really a bad experience. I suggest the management to look into this matter and educate the sales person.

They have some good collection of Tiles. But looks like the sales person wasnt in mood of selling. First they didnt bother to entertain me and once I asked one of them the details some of the tiles, he was very cold and answered the queries very rudely.

They have all types of Verity in walls and floor tiles its a tile hub must visit for good experience sales persons are also humble.

They are cheaters. We have had a bulk purchase here. What they do is they accept the request and during the delivery of tiles to home/site. They send some other tiles. This has happened twice with me. This is a clever trick.of theirs to not lose customer even if they dont have the requested tiles in the stock.Its better you go for other shops, there are many just around this shop. But, dont go for this. You shall repent if you buy from this store.
