One of my friend stays here.. Nice building with nice ambience. Surrounded by good locality. Bit far from station but emerging as a new kalyan currently.

Its a good residential place because its 10 minutes away from shahad railway station and all necessecities can be fulfilled easily as there are many shops nearby. One thing needs to be focused that is cleanliness.

Wonderful place.. Huge area with low prices... It is very good society for middle class peoples... Everything is maintained very exactly... Anybody can see the beauty of natura very closely...

Very nice place to live ,it is near to shahad station walking distance of about 5-7 minutes. Peaceful society and have enough of space for the parking. There is a garden middle of the society includes gym materials for the residentials .

Got possession last year apart from the time they have taken for correcting small fixes, very much happy with the cost, project timeline and all help they have provided till the time my home loan was approved.

Better than khadkpada ,Aadharwadi , because very close of shahad railway station and kalyan. from khadkpada ,Aadharwadi auto rikshwa have 15 rs to kalyan. and yoghidham and guripada also close from shahad staion but they under in kalyan area.

Very good society but builders agents are ass holes they just want to make a huge hole in you pocket...only thing is thst Rly station is near for other things like vegetables and daily need items you have to cross the Rails
