Good electronics store and good people to deal with

I wish i cud give them zero rating.i bought a fridge with minor dents i accepted that but at time odmf delivery extra dents were appeared now they are refusing to accept product ....they are looting you i really dunno what will happnd with my hard earned money 40000.....there director pankaj not accepting there mistake...... please help me if any body can.......

Zero commitments towards customer, bought a Samsung fridge and a Samsung washing machine, received a defective fridge with brochures of various other brands inside packed fridge. Its been more than 20 days we have raise this concern with them no response from the them. Very poor with after sales commitments. Never ever will I walk into that store to buy anything.

Profit oriented shop.....Third class staff.... Delivery not on time..... For 500 rs asked me to come to shop for ac installation previously told me to give cash directly to whoever is installing..... Product not delivered in time. They are 7 days late than their quoted date. Thts not negligible.

Poor service by usha agencies ulhasnagar....They delivered AC 6 days after the order giving a foolish reason that the delivery vehicle was not available and the technician visited 5 days after the AC arrived...Service is too poor
