I came this morning to the shop to do ID pictures (for passport and ID cards) , the studio room was amazing and the picture was great ! (Way better than the ones available in Photomatons). Ive also decided to do some professional pictures (for Linkedin/Resumes), the pictures are very professional, very nice quality and the camera used was top notch ! Overall an amazing experience !

I called the day before to make sure of the stock of a product that had just been released, specifying the model and the desired pack, I was confirmed that they have several.I drive 45 minutes to go to a so-called specialized store to finally hear from the same seller that the product is not available with this pack and he tries to direct me to another pack by justifying himself that one of the lenses of the pack in question has not yet been released… the next time, find out about your products, on the suppliers site the lens is available and from your competitors as well (proof in the image). Extremely disappointed with the professionalism and their sales method.I did not know this store and I am not ready to set foot there again.

I asked for the photo ID on a digital support, I end up with a photo scanner on my flash drive? Something I could have done myself, with a little manipulation of Photoshop.
