Worst network service, 15mbps plan net but doesnt even work 1mbps. Customer service people just say technicians will come most of the time they dont come. Also if they come they just reset the router and go it will work for 2hours and again it work like worst.At my home they havent even given me new router they have connected their office old router and dont even replace it. Worst over-all service. I will not renew my plan next year because of this. Everything is just bad.

All they do is provide the worst service.Just sitting and making money.It is better to have no wifi connection rather than having connection from them.All they are good in:1) Making excuses for down time time.Indeed you will hear many different reasons each time.2) Wasting your time while you approach for complain.

Worst customer service... Only gives you buffering n buffering internet speed.Net goes down atleast 6 times a day.. very high rates

Worst internet service provider. Wifi is down at least 5-6 times a day. Poor customer service and even after complaining and shouting they are least bothered. Wouldn’t recommend it to any one.

Worst quality service. Out of 30 days in a month internet is down for atleast 15 days.
