I have flat in Tharwani Ritu Word, till the time their construction was ongoing they were maintaining club house and other amenities, the moment they sold their inventory they ran away without paying government dues, and now local authorities are not allowing us to open the club house and other amenities, due to default of builders share of payment. We along with flat cost have paid development charges also, which we are not able to utilise now.Their construction quality is zero, their is leakage in almost all flat in society. Within 2-3 years their wall start tearing, papdi all around the wall. Worst Experience.

Fraud builder. He has taken development charges but amenities are not yet opened. Recently he has stopped maintaining society deapite paying Maintenance amount.

Dont buy any property here. I am the owner of 2BHK in phase 1. They are mentally harassing us for maintenance .My annual maintenance is apprx 40K with no facility. My building second lift is non-functioning since two years but nobody taking care of that. They had promise for club house to be ready until 2018 but still not completed. You can see the attached notice and their language to their customers. Dont waste your money in Tharwani Infrastructures Titwala project.
