This is a honest review they dont even deserve 1 star dont go on the positive reviews they are just sales strategy. I am a buyer of one of their property and I still regret. One of a cheater, cheapstake group. Who will talk like a sugar when you buy the flat and after than they give you poor quality of homes, fake commitment of service. They will try to squeeze every penny from you. Its been 3 years still they owe money to us which they never returned and always keep on postponding and lying. Not happy with them. 👎

Etc.Builder is harassing the customer after selling the flat & always avoid to meet with customer. We should think why is he not ready to meet with customerwe tried a many times to meet & taking a appointment but he never ready to meet with us.

The builder is fraud. Although I dont have any flat here but I have 1 in Kohinoor Castles. And the builder has created nuisance for all the residents. I have learnt a lesson not to go for anything where anyone of Kohinoor Group is involved. The builder and his employees has really given a hard time for all of us.

See review of his earlier site, luke kohinoor castles and Maxcity..Its 18 month from possession of flat (Kohinoor Castles) and still below issues:1) WATER ISSUE: Only getting water for Half an hour in a day. Builder has promised for 24 hour water supply.2) SECURITY ISSUE:• 3 cases where two wheelers seats were damaged in building, however CCTV camera has not captured the culprit.• Watchmen are not trained, any stranger can enters in the building.• No Intercom facility started yet.3) CONSTRUCTION ISSUE: Likeage and cracks in wall. The issue is in almost every flat. ( We have photos of all the flat)4) Many complaint letter submitted & Meeting done with JATIN & RAJESH, However, no use.• ADVANCE MAINTENANCE was taken for 24 months.• INTEREST was taken from ME and many flat owner in CASH for delay in payment. I have mail copy and call recording of same.Now will the builder pay Interest for all these delays?????
