Food quality was very nice. Good place for wedding or other functions. Other activities are also nice in this place like clubs, gymnasium.

Its the worst place in terms of hospitality the guy who runs the place has no idea of how the industry works, very rude behaviour and non cooperative. Food is average and service pathetic.

Poo lounge inside-Great food and service, has a bar. Staff is quick and responsible. The club does have a banquet hall and a Gym as well. There is an open lawn sitting arrangement too for outdoor dinner. Overall, it was a great experience. Best place for outing with either- family or friends.

The newest and most happening place in ulhasnagar. It has lounge with in house DJ who plays great music. There is a banquet hall for marriage, ring ceremony, Birthday and other parties. Service is great. Food is tasty though but bit pricier but all good things come at a price! There is a dance floor to let your hair down. All in all a great place!

I don’t know why people are spreading negativity by posting hateful content about this place which has all the luxuries, instead Ulhasnagar should be proud of such a wonderful place and keep their personal issues aside. It isn’t fair to defame something to satisfy your ego. This place is clean, hygienic and the owners are always available for help. I dont think someone could have a problem with it.

A good place for arranging functions in ulhasnagar

Newly setup club with pool and marriage hall. The entrance has come out well with a small waterfall against the wall which gives the place a nice touch. Whether permitting the outside seating is a good option but even the AC in the main hall was also effective. The layout of the hall was also good with some good decorative lights. Overall good place for a wedding or party as well. Food was also quite ok.

This is a great place for events and parties. It have a huge indoor facility, a nice lawn, a good swimming pool and a fully functional gym. The place is well maintained and has good staff. The rooms are also clean and have a good view.

Too Expensive and not value of money. I paid 19200/- for my two daughters. (9600/-) each and they dont allow me to see whether they are getting proper swimming coaching or not. I have to sit and wait in the waiting area. Girls sitting in the reception counter have no proper idea about coaching fees and all that..... And the most pathetic is that the swimming pool was closed for cleaning. They did not even realise that they have to make a call to members that pool will remain closed. After coming here with my two little daughters I have to go back home. One of the guy told tomorrow make a call before coming. But the next day there was no one to attend my call. Thus two days of my monthly membership was spoiled. And they dont have the policy to refund me this two days. Third day when I came, again the receptionist said that the pool is dirty. I asked her whether they are going to extend three days of my monthly expensive membership. Their answer was they dont have such policy. When I talked with their so called madam she was such a rude person.... REALLY THIS IS NOT THE PLACE WHERE WE SHOULD GO FOR SWIMMING COACHING. Only I can rate ONE STAR to this place. Dont even visit here they themselves are so confused. HOPELESS PLACE

It was my first visit today experience was very pathetic starting from security staff to reception staff every one treat you as if you are loan defaulters if you dont know the process.@ management please ask your staff to be polite or train themIt give a very negative feeling for further purchase of membership.

The reception staff is pathetic. They are BIASED.This girl straight away rejected 15 different people by demanding a medical certificateBUT WOULD DIRECTLY ALLOW THEIR FRIENDS AND KNOWN ONES WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS/REQUIREMENTS.The girl named Nikita did not resolve any of our queries. When asked for customer care number, she said that she will not give us that.Atleast allow a self declaration form that we are at our own risk in the pool if we do not have a medical certificate in hand on the moment.

The place was nice, the infrastructure was also cool the rooms were fine but the manager who referred himself as the boss was rude but overall it was a fine experience.

This sports club adorns ulhasnagar, it has a spacious gym , a swimming pool with almost no chlorine, theres a POO Lounge which even offers 10% discount to club members , it has small cafè,a poolside restaurant , two wedding lawns , and some rooms above the lawns.

We visited this place today which doesnt even deserve a single star..this hotel has all the services to insult u in front of your guest..the most pathetic service they give...and the staff was not trained and Mr. Balani is an expert of blah blah gossips...he will always give the best service to that who is gonna pay the bills...he is a spoiler..cutlery was mismatched and reception lady has no idea wat service they provide in hotel.. service was so bad that you will literally feel to leave the premises....and spl warning any outsider can come and join your party..if u want to waste your money go for it...

Thank to the newly hired lady trainer Mrs. Anisha Valecha to guide me to correct path and to be with me and she have made me cross my capacity and always gave me positive vibes that yes I can do it. I regret paying for the membership(one year) . Untrained and irresponsible staff, Unhygienic pool water, Poor security.Once the amount is paid, they treat you cruelly and when you ask for the refund they say they cant (Ofcourse). Not even a single day did i get to enjoy my swimming, i returned with headache and hatred everyday. It is disturbing when you get treated so inhumanely. Hopeless place. Never invest.

This place has too much formalities to do. Thoug the deposit thing is okay, but they ask for a Medical Certificate which states that were totally fine and healthy and when you call them to clear your queries, they dont answer and say Aap club aa jaiye, udher sab pata chal jayega. Means, if youre coming from a distant region and they send you back by saying that this is childrens timing, girls timing, you need a medical certificate and all. Its properly managed and a clean hygienic place but the only problem is they dont clear your queries on a phone call, instead, they want you to visit the place. #truereview
