Never checks the actual problem and always tells to replace part and take money despite of product being in warranty. Also very slow service, took me more than 2 hours just for small issue, that too twice

Its a Samsung gallery where you can repair your mobileYou will not get any parts of your mobile because Samsung has opened a new Samsung cafe where you will get spare parts only

I call to this service centre for change my s7 edge battery replacement related issues by he says not available battery. And not available in future. If I arrange the battery he say to not fitting the battery.So is very disappointed this service centres..Thanks

Even though mobile phone is in warranty & no visible dents or marks, still asked to pay for screen repair. Mobile charge point was working fine still forced to replace it & charged for same.

Courteous staff. Even I lost temper because of conflict in Samsung policy, they were calm and cool. Sorry if my anger did hurt you, wasnt against you but against policies conflict in Samsung and Amazon

While the overall service was ok, the staff wasnt very much interested in giving the best experience. The thing that really bugged me was that they had no option to pay other than cash. Only after a long argument was I given the option to pay via PayTM.

She is nice person serving good service I’ve memory card regarding issue they replace my mobile’s motherboard and return mobile to me within 2 days.
