Small, beautiful cafe before you begin trek to chandrashila...

Good place to stay if you want to spend some time in the cafe but considering the area its better no to stay in the night because you will not get the good Hotel to spend the night over there. So its better to spend the night before chopta and visit the place in the day time for trek.

Amazing place to have great food and absolutely a super cozy stay in Chopta. One must try their Veg Grilled Sandwich and Matar Paneer. Unlike other restaurants and cafes in Chopta, Moksha Cafe accept online payments as well which makes it a great place for backpackers with limited cash.

Its generally seen that hotels take advantage & overcharge you for late night check in but Moksha is an exception. They have both personal room & cafe stay facilities at very reasonable prices. Food offered here is simple yet amazing.Besides there is regular supply of clean water & sanitized toilet facilities.

Peoples are coming chopta for treK , its a very famous place for trek , coz of tungnath mandir and chandrasillla...this lodge provides us all facilities that u aspect , and the view shows from lodge isawesomic, awesome visit, thanks the all members of lodge , giving us a best services and facilities.....

Completely loved this place, worth total time spending here. Good environment, sweet peoples. Room facilities are cozy, you can get plenty of blankets. Water& charging facilities are available. They are having their cafe where you can enjoy your meal, or you can read novels in the lap of nature. Bhaiyya is amazing and helpful.*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣

A friendly stay at the famous hill spot Chopta with all the basic amenities available and friendly staff, it was a memorable stay for us here which isnt going to be for got any soon, had a lovely and an amazing experience staying here, we wanted to see the sunrise from the top for which we were guided to start the trek at night only to which we readily stood upon and hence started the trek @3:30am but unfortunately we could not make it to the top (Chandrashila) but somewhere below the Tunganath temple and where their is a hill stop kind of hut and it breath- taking view which we witnessed from that point, I have been in love with the place since then, in the second trip I witnessed sunset from the Chandrashila which was again breath- taking plus marvelous and since it was a sunset so the the brightness went off very soon and deroute turned to be adventurous where there was hardly any moonlight, little snow which had turned into ice and on top of that our mobiles were turning off due to freezing temperature. Overall it was fantastic trip worth mesmerizing.

Perfect destination and place to stay.Food was awesome and nice environment to hangout . Well behaviour of staff (you can make good friend if you are a solo traveller).Must say thanks to all who make our trip perfect.

Perfect camping location. Nice behaviour of staff. Very well cooked food. It was very cold even then we were not feeling cold inside camps. Very beautiful palace. Most amazing thing is its near the start of Tungnath Track and you can easily park your vehicle. If you are fond of drinks they can arrange it as well. Wants to visit once again.

Comfortable place with good food and chill ambiance. They also provide camping equipments for rent. We stayed here for one night and it was decent enough. They also accept cards (given the internet is working).The toilets are not so good but youve got to adjust at these kind of places. Its always best to carry some cash as there are no atms at chopta..So, over all, a good place to eat and rest at Chopta.

I loved this place....Rooms were in a good condition & specially cafeteria section was soo cool....Food was very tasty....Manoj bhaiya & other people who took care of us, very much caring & well behaved....Location is very good.

A perfect place to stay at ChopTa. It is just 100 Mar away from Tungnath teack starting point. Nice rooms and very well behaved staff and great hospitality.Moksha restaurant food is great with nice ambience.Highly satisfied with my stay at Moksha during my Chopta visit in Feb 2017 with family including small kids.

Most awful experience.. Chopta is a beautiful place undoubtedly but this cafe is worthless..Owner has no respect for the customers..MOKSHA the name itself describes alot but I think the owner needs it more than anyone else..Local people of chopta are really good but these outsiders coming from different cities are spoiling the place and environment...Hard luck

A very cosy camp and cafe located at the footsteps of tungnath trek with a perfect scenic view of snow covered himalayas in a serene beautiful place chopta. Mouth watering home made food is served by hospitable staff.The staff is really coperative and especially Mr.Tarun Nagpal the owner is always on his toes to provide the best of his services asap maintaining a homely environment within.The ambience of the cafe is calm amicable and relaxing.The night view of bright clear sky with plenty of glittering stars and milky way galaxy and sometimes a glance of shooting star is mesmerising making the location of this cafe more alluring and fascinating.The facilities available are more than expected as the place is 8790ft above sea level and is an unspoiled natural destination.So please visit this place if you like few relaxing nights away from manmade luxuries.To enjoy unforgettable nights in the lap of Himalayas.

Wonderful place. Awesome experience..!!I have been there with my family friends.Moksha offers best services in chopta. As per luxuries point of you, people visit chopta to be in raw nature, feel the nature, they want to be at place in India where still electricity and water connection havent reached by present date. Thats what chopta offers you - the unexplored nature beauty. I saw some other reviews about moksha here and I was literally shocked after reading. Moksha is offering so much services and quality services that a traveler cant even expect in such an extreme adventure location. But the moksha staff do it & they do it really well. When we examined them working in such weather conditions as low as -15 degree celcius, we were like hats off. Whatever the condition is the moksha staff is up there for you. I really appreciate you guys.N looks like some people are doing false marketing by posting such negative reviews about moksha.Feel free to visit this place.Great food, nice hospitality and amazing staff.Thanks
