It is 6 kilo meter from ujjain junction . Only few train stops here , its better to go near by station ujjain . Train halt here for long time due to busy rout . It is local station superfast trains generally passed over without stoppage .

Many super fast trains do not stop here and of they do, they halt for a long time as forward line is not available. One such incident happened in 2017, when Indore - Udaipur Express ( Veerbhumi Express) halted for more than 4 hours. It shows that there are still many lacunas in the railway maintenance system in the Western Railway.Also the staff present here is not adequate in number there are no proper fencing available for the railway lines and there are many kids and children playing cricket and other sports nearby railway line which can result in a big hazard or accident if no one sees or interrupts. The railway station also does not have adequate facilities which should be available for passengers if they want to board a train from this particular railway station. It still is in the development phase but we hope that it gets adequate facility is like drinking water, safe and proper toilets for men women and the disabled. Also the ticket window does not operate for majority of the time. There are no proper facilities for the reservations. The authorities responsible for these should really have a look and take proper care.

Lack of beds in hospitals, Ujjain district administration asked for a 200-bed rack from the railways. They are planning to erect this rake at Vikramnagar.According to the DRM, the railway is ready to provide isolation coaches. But the railway does not have doctors and paramedical staff. These will have to be arranged by the local administration.The train with isolation coach is made from sleeper coach. These coaches have a temperature of three to four degrees higher than the outside temperature. Coaches can be installed in coaches to deal with this problem. Railways says that they will make arrangements for water, electricity and sheets for coaches, but their cleaning and cleaning of coaches toilets will have to be done by the local administration.

Cleanliness is not given much attention, but it is convenient for jobbers and students.
