The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Ujjain for best buget hotel.

The hotel is near to MahaKaleshwar temple. Hotel Midland is good✔️ to stay and Interior is also good but the cleanliness and hygiene make it cheap. There is no ventilation in some rooms.

The rooms are okay but the staff is very unprofessional. Even for tea you have to order it from outside and they provide it in paper cups. No professionalism at all we had a train at 8:40 am and we informed the hotel staff to provide us breakfast at 8 or 8:05 but even after various calls we didnt get our breakfast till 8:15 so at last, we had to leave the hotel without breakfast. DISAPPOINTED! The hotel is in a very narrow lane which is not easily accessible. Not recommending go for other hotels. Front desk staff is very unprofessional as if they have nothing to do with the hotel!

Rooms are affordable but too small. And wasroom is also small very small.If anybody who wants a spacious room and toilet they should avoid. And if not then this is budget friendly and good hotel.

Excellent service...good people...had a unforgettable experience in which without asking any service from hotel, they gave pickup drop facility, then after checking out they gave room for extra 2hes without any charge... Hotel experience was good overall. service and breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hotel doesnt have a restaurant of its own but the aapka restaurant located very nearby the hotel, serves tasty and fresh food. North Indians would particularly like the taste of food in this restaurant. Overall experience was good and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting ujjain, for stay. Jai Shri Mahakaal!

Comfort and nice place with comparatively lower rates. Situated 1.1 km from mahakaleshwar temple. Breakfast is given as complement including in the room tariff.Their check in time is 10:00am and check out time is 9:00pm.

The prompt services from hotel staff will make you feel special. Here goes- Staff was at the given parking location in No time, The parking was paid by hotel as courtesy. They escorted 4 of us to hotel in feelgood way. The Royal Rooms are specious. They attended and supported all are calls in no time with all their efforts. Hotel came to our expectations and was at par with description provided on booking websites.The guidance towards local sightseen was something to appreciate most.Hotel is situated in market place with access to many restaurants and local shops.Thanks Team Midland for making our visit a memorable visit.Will look forward to visit again in same Midland hotel.

Hotel is Good. Location is not so good for family stay. But for business travellers is good as it is at the centre of city amid the main market place.It is just 1 km away from Mahakal Temple. Rooms are clean.Staff is Good and Helpful. Breakfast is not so good, as they just served Poha and Kachori that too like from some ordinary shop. But taste was ok. Washrooms are just ok. Main problem is parking.The hotel is in very narrow lane and doesnt have its own parking.So they arrange for parking in nearby Multilevel parking also their staff takes care for shifting of luggage from and to our vehicle.Overall Experience was Ok.

One of best hotel in ujjain, u can stay with family and friends, located in small gallis, but u can enjoy the location, lil bit far from mahakaleshwar temple but u can go by walk, auto rate is Rs.10 per person from hotel, near hotel good option for food also, rate are good, but room size are very small, staff is very polite, they provide free breakfast, fix menu pauhva, tea, kachori or samosa, but its ok u can enjoy free breakfast. overall good experience.

Highly recommendedi stayed there for 3 days i really love their rooms which have good ambience and staff is very cooperative and helped me with the local shops .they are market near the hotel and every tourist place is in manageable distance .

Hotel rooms were good but room service was very slow they dont have thier own resturant.You can only get tea of coffee and complementery breakfast thats only poha n samosa(fixed).Rest fpr food you have to go out or order from outside resturant.Hotel is situated in very crowded market area they dont have car parking place in own premises.you have to park your car in parking stand and go to hotel by E Rickshaw.I would suggest you to go for others options if you are coming for only mandir darshans.

I love 😠Ujjain, people are very polite and genuine. Hotel is situated at chattri chowk which is main market. Hotel Staff was also good and guides very well, room was big and clean. Breakfast was also good in taste.😋😋 Overall very good experience 😊😊😊

PROS: a) Helpful manager. He will guide you the places to visit across the city n nearby. ( Hotel can arrange the conveyance as well with good deal).b) Hot n cold both type if water available 24*7.c) Spacious room with sufficient luggage and clothing space.d) TV with all channels available. e) Do not charge anything besides the MRP on any product.f) Restaurants and dhabas near by for having dinner n lunch. So you can skip hotels menu if want to.CONS: a)One of the Room given to us was spacious but without ventillation.. So a bit suffocating. Suggest to check before accepting the granted room!b) The biggest error the hotel had, was, there were no cups for tea and coffee. The use n throw cups looked really ugly!c) Washrooms needs to be properly cleaned. The stains could clearly be seen under the sink area and floor, which obviously looked ridiculous d) No handwash. Theyll provide with a pouch of cleaning stuffs having 2 shampoo pouches, 1 small soap, n one hair oil.e) The location has a wine shop very near by but to be honest I did not get trouble by it at all. ( I was with my entire family).Overall looks a good sort of the deal I got in the prices. But still the hotel needs to improve on a lot of parameters. The staffs are helpful no doubt about it.

GUYS THIS HOTEL IS 2KM FROM MAHAKAL TEMPLE, THEY LIE ABOUT THE LOACTION SAYING THAT IT IS ONLY 700 METRES, DONT BOOK THIS IF YOU ARE WITH YOUR FAMILY. IT’S NOT THE WALKING DISTANCE. ALSO IT IS IN A VERY CONJUSTED STREET. THEY ALSO SAY THAT THEY WILL DROP YOU AND PICK YOU FROM MAHAKAL TEMPLE BUT ALL THEY GIVE ARE EXCUSES KI BHAIYA AUTO KHARAB HAI N ALL THAT. EVERYDAY SAME BREAKFAST WITH VERY LESS QUANTITY AND I ASKED THEM TO HEAT THE BREAKFAST AGAIN FOR ME BUT HE DID NOT. I REALLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.GO FOR OTHER HOTELS LIKE MITTAL OR SHIKHAR DARSHAN ETC.

I was provided suite for 3 adults.....room was specious,washroom and toilet was clean..all amenities were properly working..only 2things i want to suggest:1)atleast one small foldable table and one extra chair should be provided in the room..as no space for having dinner or breakfast in the room,being a suite too..only one chair was provided.2)Breakfast could have been better quality,and of quantity..rests all are good..staffs are very helpful,reception manager attended very well,provided transport facility for pick-up..

Earlier by mistake i wrote review for Highway Restaurant Gopal Midway.Regarding this hotel, it is just ok.Location is very much conjusted amid of marketplace.Rooms are simple but good.Toilets are just ok.Staff is Good.They dont have their own parking. So we need to park our vehicle almost 400 metres away in Multilevel parking, but the hotel takes care for charges and sends one person for assistance while parking.But as per my experience, this hotel is best suitable for Business travellers.

Location: Its a good location. Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga and other points of interest are nearby. Although its near to the market area its separated by a street from the main market road and is relatively quiet.Rooms: Rooms were clean and well maintained. Wed an issue with the linen but they took care of replacing the same. Also, some of the rooms are big while others are very small (if youre travelling as a family) so its better to check the rooms first. Toilets were very small but its understandable given the overall area of the hotel and the room cost. We specifically asked for a room with good ventilation and got it.Service: Excellent service! They provided pickup from the train station and also drop to Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga in their own eRickshaw which is a nice and easier way to travel in Ujjain given the streets are very very narrow.Food: They provide breakfast (presumably from outside) and tea/coffee etc but its always better to have fresh breakfast in any of the several restaurants nearby.Service: The gentleman at the counter was really helpful, well mannered and guided people well. He also arranged a taxi for a visit to Omkareshwar temple which is the second Jyotirlinga in MP.Overall the hotel serves its customers well and I came across several group travelers who were regulars so the hotel mustve built up the relations well.

Pleasant StayHotel Staff is very helpful and humble. Pick up from Railway Station and drop to Mahakaleshwar temple is Free by Electric Auto rickshaw. Temple is walk through. Suitable for family. Except washroom rest of the things are perfect.

Very clean and neat by market..Hotel is available in narrow lane but u wont feel sad because staff is very supportive and restaurant is in same lane and market is nearby.They give u pick up facilities from railway station and Mahakaal temple by their own e-rickshaw.Rooms are very clean & comfortable.However I found Ujjain city is vert clean in comparison to Delhi and Mumbai.

It was a huge mistake booking and staying in this hotel... Rooms are average and barely clean..1. In all the 3 nights we stayed there not a single time housekeeping was done to change the bed covers or remove the garbage from the room. Inspite of the several reminders.2. Found a dead rat in the morning inside the room as we were waking up. And a live just ran out of the room as we opened the door.. summoned the duty manager and showed him the dead rat and even after 2.5 hrs nobody shows up to remove it or clean it up...3. Supposedly paid 1000 rs per room which includes breakfast , and what we get is barely 2 spoons of poha in a small paper cup.. thats breakfast for u...This is just a 400 rs per day hotel... absolutely dirty and worthless...

Good and Comfortable Stay in a Budget range.Situated Near Gopal Mandir, You can find All kind of eating places around this area. Lord Mahakaleshwar Madir is Just 10 minutes away and Hotel Provides free late night/early morning drop facility to the Mahakaal Temple for Bhasmaarti and Jalabhishek. Food is outsourced and may take some time to deliver but rooms are clean and well maintained. Front office staffs are coordial and well behaved. Chandrashekhar the Front office guy is very nice and supportive. Must visit this hotel for a pleasant stay. For food...Ujjain is a place known for its temple and great desi food. Visit bhojnalayas and enjoy the food same as the home made food.

Hotel Midland is a very good family hotel. Situated near Gopal Mandir at chhatri chowk. Neat and clean rooms and very helpful staff. This hotel feels you like home. They dont have their own restaurant but nearby many options available. 24 hrs. lively place. Thanks Goibibo to provide such kind of experience.

Good stay. Location is in between Ujjain Railway Station and Shri Mahakaal Mandir so definitely a good location. Quite near to Gopal temple. The drawbacks I see is again the location. There is no motorable road to the hotel. Which means if you are driving to Ujjain then you may not opt for this hotel. If you choose taxi then also you can not reach hotel. Nearest motorable road is Shakti chowk per my information.

Its near gopal mandir temple and the hotel is in a gully but they provide pickup facility via E-riksha. The rooms here is good, a restaurant is near the place where food is okay, also a place where you can have breakfast of malwas famous poha jalebi and aalu wada also which I found quite tasty. The hotel bathrooms were also sufficiently big but the toiletries package was not good. Bed, almiras, drawl and power point was at right place. So it was a comfortable stay...Toilet and bathrooms for visitors and people who waits in the lobby is also available. Also free mahakal mandir drop by e-riksha if its available.

Good place to stay..best part is they provide free transportation to mahakaal temple n free pickup from station in their electric auto.but no free drop. Auto driver charged us 50 just for 1.4kms in order to drop to stn.Rooms are really big n good(v stayed 5people in a room which had 6beds) but no windows fr natural ventilation, just AC. At this price best hotel I wud say if u r more than 3people take the big room upstairs n not the room which is downstairs as it has no ventilation.Breakfast was also good.

Hotel Midland is a budget hotel,located at chatri chowk ram ji ki gali,It is arnd 1.5 km frm station and 1 km frm Mahakal temple.Rooms are tidy and cosy.Since hotel is in a narrow street that is a big disadvantage, however you will get ola and other taxi auto from chatri chowk just 30 meter away.Hotel provide erickshaw service 24*7 pick and drop to mahakal Temple.in case of early check-in and late check-out hotel allows you to stay in dormitory hall with No Extra cost,hall is just ok with many beds.Washrooms are provided for you to refresh.There is no inhouse kitchen in this hotel so you have to go outside for lunch and dinner.They provide you breakfast for free(inclusive in ro rent I guess).Breakfast is good and sufficient.Breakfast was poha,sandwich,kachori etc.For lunch and dinner you need to worry ther4 are plenty of options in the Chatri chowk area.Bholaguru and sons,Famous kulfi and Namkeen snacks shops and many more eatries are there to give your tastebud new flavour.Bholaguru provides desi ghee poori sabji just in 80 rs.( 5 poori,2 sabji,1 raita) sufficient meal.Hotel service are quite slow.They forgot to keep bath towels and AC was switched off from reception.Dwarkadheesh temple is just 30 metrs from hotel in chatri chowk main market.So overall rating is 3 if services were improvised better rating can be given.Hotel owner is very soft-spoken cooperative.Recommended for budget travellers.

Rooms are Ok, staff is cooperative, service is good but Hotel lacks in amenities as T.V and A.C were not working properly although they were repaired and made ok.... even bedsheets and pillow cover were changed after request. Breakfast had limited Menu like Poha, Upma and 1 Sandwitch with Tea/Coffee or Milk(That too in a very small Disposable Glass). Good thing about Hotel is that they provide you free Drop Facility for Mahakal Temple as many times and almost at whatever time when you need it. Last year I had better experience while staying here as compared to this time.A.C and T.V were not working properly in beginning and Breakfast Menu is limited

Midland hotel online booking is too poor. They allotted the worst room of hotel. TV there but not running. No remote. Toilet gate to lock or open too much force required. Quilts provided without laundry. No towels. Rest entrance of hotel road is too narrow for vehicle. No parking system. No pentry inside hotel.

Nice budgeted Hotel for family and friends.Well maintained rooms.Friendly and supportive staff.They provided commute in their electric vehicle as and when we needed it , apart from pick up and drop to railway station.Also, whenever we wanted something, we called the reception and the service was made within 5 mins.I would strongly recommend everyone to visit here.

This was my worst ever stay. No cleanliness. Pathetic services. Ac water spilled inside rooms. very bad condition of washroom. I booked this hotel from MakeMyTrip for a family stay for two nights. Neither I get any support, after complaining about the situation, from hotel staff nor from MakeMyTrip. I added review to their website, which they edited and remove few images which were the actuals of hotel and room. Dont fall in trap with this hotel or MakeMyTrip.

Very nice accommodation. Fully worth for what we paid. Free pickup from railway station and free drop to Mahakaleshwar temple is very useful. Also lift, hot water and comfortable space in the room. Definitely I will recommend to my friends .

You have to take your lunch and dinner outside the hotel.
