It was my worst ever decision to purchase your product and from the day I have lodged the complaint for mobile insurance claim your support team has never really tried to help me, instead they are giving me absurd reasons for rejecting my claim and they denied my request to talk to one of the senior team member/officials/manager. Not only this they have disconnected my calls on various occasion.Pathetic experience always try to reject the claim or giving Absurd reasons to reject the claim. They want the FIR report in a description that they want not the actual description. Giving useless suggestion to customer and when the customer do that they will give some more suggestion and the process will go on and in the end they will say your Time limit is over for the claim process and customer will not get anything.
