One of the beautiful place near Hulikal ghat and Hosangadi.Beautiful hill top temple with spine chilling view 🤟🤗.Very less known place and very less visited place also in monsoon its quite difficult to take car till the temple but if u have a bike then u can ride peacefully.u guys will love the offroading ondu 2 plus km ide ansutte.but sakkath maja barutte..If ur r comfortable in trekking u can park your vehicle near base of the hill and I can walk there is no separate trekking path u need to wlak in the road itself.Best time to visit is July to September full lush green and u can see the beautiful kunchikal falls from the top of metkal gudda.At the end ☺️Visit the place but dont trash or through any plastics near the temple or inside the forest whatever u carry just get it back to the base and thrown it in the dustbin.Visit madi enjoy madi 😃💖

This place is located around 40 km from Kundapura it is near by Siddapura town. Metkalgudda Mahaganapathi town is so beautiful and there will be yearly fair conducted during the month of April. The trek trails are about 2 km and it is uphill but not that tiring one can really enjoy this short trek. The place is surrounded by beautiful scenaries around.During mansoon this place offers such a good viewing experience and the peace that stays throughout.

Trekked from the bottom of the hill, it was really fun! View at the top is astonishing.Go in rainy seasons, as itll be green everywhere, adds to the beauty!

This place is very close to Varahi Underground Power Project. The whole Hulikal Ghat (Balebare) region is visible from the top. The trek was simply good.

Its a mini trek. Best time to visit is post monsoon. Around 4-5 kms round trip. There is a Mahaganapati temple at the peak.

Amazing place,you get a view from the top of the hill, you can either park your vehicle at the base and walk/trek for 2kms or you can ride your bike up the hill, its a difficult off-road especially in rainy season, please keep the place clean and dont trash your travel.

Mettkal Gudda is such type of the place where accessible very easily from Hosangadi , Udupi district. It’s situated in a beautiful setting an elevation of 1200 ft height.It is an isolated fort with dense forest all around. This hill fort has a great view of the Varahi River. Huge pinnacle are visible from a distance.  One can see plenty of waterfalls here in the monsoons.
