Mr. Focus Raghu, the best Photographer I know, and more than that a great friend and constant source of support I have come to know. The first time I came across Raghu Anna’s work was when I happened to go through the wedding album of one of my friend’s cousin. Everything seemed so mesmerizing, that I realized for the first time that a camera can see and capture much more than what our eyes could, and there is pure magic in every moment that comes alive only when captured in a photograph. I decided that whenever that special day comes in my life, Raghu Anna would be the photographer who captures and freezes time for an eternity. When finally that time came in my life, one of the first things my husband and I did was to immediately reach out to Raghu Anna.For us, more than the shopping plans, or anything else the first priority was to reach out to Raghu Anna and see if he would be free. Luckily for us, he was available.With childlike enthusiasm we described to him the kind of imagery we dreamt of, he patiently listened to us, and assured us that he would capture it all in way that we will cherish for a lifetime.His attention to detail and meticulous planning for the entirety of the program was sheer wonderful. That is when I got a call, totally unexpected, from Raghu Anna, who had come across the utter nonsense that was playing out. Like a friend, or more like an elder brother, he told me to completely ignore the haters, and assured me that the best way to get back at them was to ensure that I made it clear that I didn’t give a damn to their opinions. He said his pictures would create a visual narrative that would really immortalize those moments for us, as well as our loved ones. I really can’t express in words my admiration for Raghu Anna as an artist, but more than that I can never ever express in words the gratitude I feel for his support and patience, and creating thoselovely magical images out of my life. We were planning to have focus studio at our marriage and really loved their work online. They were recommended by a couple of friends. Raghu in turn turned out to be very down to earth. Their work is amazing and it is quite clear from the photos. However I had a bad experience with them. Being in US we had to wake up late nights to talk to them which was expected. After talking to them over a couple of weeks and chats on whatsapp we decided to have them for our wedding/reception and things were pretty much finalized. After this one fine day they got back with a possibility that the main photographer may not be available on the day of our wedding. We tried reaching a couple of times to get their response but they only kept us hanging. I consider this very unethical. Not only did they ditch us after finalizing but kept us hanging. I am sorry but I am very disappointed with what we had to go through to find another good photographer few months before wedding. Please consider the situation of the customer and not let this happen again. Thank you.
